Summary: One of the best sagas I've ever read
Review: Robert Jordan is a master of our time. His rich in depth saga is called the Wheel of Time. The complexities of his plots are staggaring but well worth folowing. The concepts that are in this legacy are not identical to our own, which adds a unique flavor tothe story. The idea of Aes Sedai or Ta'veran might make little sense at first but serve to develop and enrich the plot. The twistings and turnings will enthrall you and you'll have trouble putting it down!

Review: The books from series Eye of the World are best english written fantasy books I have ever read. It has the great story line it gets very complicated, but also very interesting. There are parts when actoin goes to slow. Sometimes sentences are not gramatical. English is not my first laguage but I can figure it out when there is the same word two or tree times in one sentence. But inspite those mistakes the books are worth reading. They are fool of magic and great adventures. It is huge book that i would recomend to everyone who likes fantasy.

Summary: Rulish to the extreme!!!!
Review: This book is by far one of the best fantasy novels I have ever read, and it is one that I highly suggest any and all fans of the genre read. While the switching between characters can sometimes be a bit confusing the story itself grows harder to put down with each twist in the plot, and as the characters grow you will come to love and hate different ones at different times. This one is a classic.

Summary: One of the best fantasy series ever.
Review: If a tad long-winded (it was originally going to be a trilogy, and I delighted in picking up the eigth book today), Jordan writes an absolutely fantastic tale of good vs. evil, Light vs. Shadow. He takes the firm foundation Tolkien established and adds in everything that makes current fantasy even better.

The plot is compelling, and incredibly twisted, as well as easy to follow, somehow. Every character plays an important role, and somehow he writes so each has a firm slot in your mind as you read.

Overall, an absolutely incredible first book to an awesome series, and a definite must-read.

Summary: This book is a must read.
Review: This book is a start of a great series. If you read this, be ready for plenty more. There is now eight books in the series that must be read in order to understand what is going on. Once you read this book, you will be hooked on this series. The plot is intense and massive with twisting plot changes throughout the series. So if you like to read at least eight books with an average of 600 pages a piece, read this book, you will want to read more. This book got me into reading and will get anyone else who likes a massive plot and action that keeps you in the book. Buy it if you can or buy it for someone does not like to read, it may change their view on reading.

Summary: Light hearted fantasy adventure for the kids.
Review: You have to suspend your disbelief when you are reading any of the books in the Wheel of Time series. I like a good fantasy/adventure type book, but this is a bit like comedy capers when dozens of huge troll-like creatures cannot even lay a finger on a few farm boys in a battle. It's also sad to see a world completely dominated by hen-pecking women who have all of the men literally shaking in their boots. If I see the word "bristled" again I think I'm going to scream!

Review: I think the Author Is brilliant!!! the book was an awesome In depth novel and I hope the series doesn't stop. So Robert Jordan DON'T STOP!!!!!

Summary: By the Light! The Tolkien is Reborn!
Review: This first part of the wheel of time series is an astounding novel, and by far the best installment in the realm of fantasy since "The Lord of the Rings". This book is a wonderful, exciting beginning to the WOL world. I suggest this book to all Fantasy readers, but I warn you, I hope you can stand long books. At this time the WOL series is 8 books long, and averages about 750 pages each. That's ALOT of reading! Enjoy! Long live the Dragon Reborn! Long live Lews Therin! Long live Rand Al'Thor!!

Summary: Great, but often boring, with a depressing ending.
Review: I was really into this book especially at the beginning because it was so exiciting, but at times it got a little wordy and monotonous. I liked it especially because, even though it has a guy for a main character (I'm a girl, and I usually only read books with girl main characters), it was still a kind of book that anyone would enjoy.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: An excellent book for all!
Review: This is an excellent fantasy book. Having never read fantasy before, I was skeptical, but this book captivated me. The 6 that follow it are even better, if that is possible. I can only say that I am dying for the next book to come out! Robert Jordan creates a complex world with its own rich culture and history. Try book 1, and you will be hooked!
