Rating: Summary: Really loved this one Review: As with all the Love Stories books, we know that their gonna end up together, so really the reader looks for how. Well this book is so funny, especially Lindsey. Lindsey's mother is getting remarried for like the fourth of fifth time, and Lindsey is tired of it. Not only have her mother's other husband not it the right note with her, but her own father doesn't pay attention to her, which hurts her a lot. Lindsey is proof that not all rich people are shallow and stuck up. She is so funny and down to earth. My favorite part is when on hers and Daniel's "challenge" date, she gets on the table and starts singing "R-E-S-P-E-C-T". I laughed really hard. Lindsey is just one of the cool, fun characters you read about in books that you can totally relate to and wish she were your friend. Daniel is cool too, but what I liked about him was when Allison gave Lindsey the make over, he preferred Lindsay just the way she was. Marlon was really funny too. I liked Allison because for some reason I think that there is more to her than just a shallow self asorbed actress. She actually turned out to be really nice. All in all, this book was great. The characters are funny and quirky, and the book is great. The best part in when Daniel remebers how he used Lindsay to get a ride to get to Suki, but then had to use Suki to get back to Lindsay cause he realized he loved her!!! Great book, you'll love it!!
Rating: Summary: The His. Hers. Theirs. Series Begins! Review: Lindsay Dewitt's mom is getting married...again. Then one day when put on the spot about whether or not she has a date Lindsay says yes and a name slips out..Daniel Newman. Public Enemy Number One, at least in Lindsay's opinion. So Lindsay begs Daniel to be her escort and he agrees for a favor. So while waiting for the BIG DAY to roll around Lindsay and Daniel slowly become friends and pretty soon they are falling for each other.Good Book. Make sure to read the other His. Hers. Theirs. too!
Rating: Summary: My Fave Review: Nine-Hour Date was the first of many Love Stories books that I've bought(and/or read). This is totally my favorite of all of them. I've read it probably 10 times and it sits by my bed in case i get bored. Lindsay and Daniel's story made me sooo happy. and I loved reading about all the cute things Daniel did for her. Out of all sappy, way too easy to read romance novels I've read, this is the best one.

Rating: Summary: Deliriously Funny Review: OK, first of all, let's get the story straight... There's a girl; there's a boy... The girl and boy hate each other for the basic "She's rich, he's poor" reason. But then, a wedding forces them together and they suddenly realize they other person's actually quite fun... Then, after that, it's just one laugh after another. Although a bit exaggerated, it's a really fun book and I would definitely recommend it.
Rating: Summary: too ambitious, ended up being shallow Review: This book tried to accomplish so much in only so many pages. The end result is a long-winded story that of course, culminates in the boy and girl getting together. The characters are pretty shallow: Allison is the quintessential poor little rich girl whose mother is getting married so she's trying to dig up dirt on her future stepdad, while Daniel is the quintessential activist who picks on Allison at work and is probably an activist only because his dad is. Despite these backgrounds, the story ended without the characters getting really fleshed out for the reader. For example, the two of them went out on dates just to show each other what the ideal guy-girl date is. What was the compelling reason for this in the grand scheme of things?! If this is a book that had 500 pages and had enough space to transition from one event to another, then it would have been a promising novel. As it is, it is a young adult novel with a series of disjointed events that failed to touch the reader. I was very disappointed. I want my money back!
Rating: Summary: READ THIS BOOK!!! Review: This was a great book!!! It was very different from the other Love Story books! I loved all the characters. Well, I didnt really like Allison, but I loved Daniel and Lindsay and her mom and Jeffery and Marlon and all them. I thought it was real sweet the way Jeffery told Lindsay he wasnt going anywhere. It was a great story, very fun, very sweet, and, well, just great!!!!!
Rating: Summary: one of the best teen books out there Review: when i first saw this book at the bookstore, i thought maybe i should give it a try. at first it seems like a pretty ordinary book, but turns out it has so much more than that. i like all of it, especially the part where lindsay longs where she doesn't have 2 tell her parents to grow up--for once she wants to be bad. and the part where jeffrey tells lindsay that he's not going anywhere. it's so sad, and it nearly makes me cry. if i could give this book more than 5 stars, i would
Rating: Summary: A Book That Won't Take You 9 Hours to Read! Review: When I picked up this book from the book store I read the back. It sounded like an "okay" book so I bought it. It took me a while to lure myself into actually reading it. When i finally did I could not stop! It's such a cute story, and has such a great format. I absolutely LOVE how you have the parts where Lindsay is speaking in first person, and then it switches to Daniel! It's worth all the money to buy it. If I could I'd have given it 10 stars! TRUST ME this is not your traditional Love Story! It is one of the greatest books in the whole series! I also recommend all the other Books in the His. Hers. Theirs. Series! I hope this is helpful to ya'll!
