Review: This book is really great! From the first pages of the book, it describes the life of children from many different people's point of view. The language is wonderful, making it a must read for children or adults!

Summary: This book can only be described by fate.
Review: This book shows how the meaning of Christmas can be lost. In this book two sixteen year olds only want one thing for Christmas. They want Katie, age 8, to get a family for Christmas. This book is so enteresting because you have to wait until the every end of the book to find the outcome. It does not have just one good part. This book has several good parts. It defines love, loss, and hope.

Summary: an inspirational and moving book!
Review: This book was really a tear jerker. I made me think of how fortunate I really am to have a loving and caring family. It's the type of novel that is hard to put down at times cause I was so curious about what was going to happen next. The author really went into depth about the feelings of each of the childer. I reccommend this book to anyone who enjoys reading novels by Caroline B.Cooney!

Summary: A Christmas Gift!
Review: This is a fast-paced, easy-to-read, very moving story that celebrates the many, varied responses people have toward Christmas. The characters were interesting and easy to identify with, and I found my heart going out to each one, hoping they would find something worthwhile to believe in. The only part I didn't like was the last chapter, because I couldn't tell whether it took place that year, or one following. Nevertheless, it was definitely worth reading, and one I would like to add to my personal library. One hint: keep a kleenex handy, especially when you learn more about Allison!

Summary: Favorite Christmas book ever!
Review: This is a great book for Christmas time. It really gets you thinking about your life, and what a family means. I like how it didn't really have chapters. Each "segment" was introduced by a line in a Christmas carol and really pertained to the action of the story. I loved the ending too- I would have never guessed people could come together like that. This was my favorite Christmas book 4 years ago, and it's still my favorite today.
