Summary: wonderful
Review: "White Fang" is a wonderful tale of a wolf and his struggle to survive the wild Alaskan wilderness, and a world ruled by man. The way the book is written gives White Fang more human characteristics. The book shows how the wild is unforgiving to the weak. To survive, White Fang has to keep strong; no matter what new hardships he may face. As his life changes he must learn to adjust and learn. Throughout these changes his cling to life stays strong. He has a desire to survive and this desire is what divides the strong from the weak. "White Fang" will show you the power of strength and the role it plays in the game of survival.

Summary: This right here is a classic!
Review: For a few years, "Call of The Wild" was my favorite book. It's still one of my favorites, and now I finally read "White Fang," which is the book that many people have compared to "Call of The Wild." Both of those classics were wrote by the same great author, Jack London.

"White Fang" isn't as much like "Call of The Wild" as you might think it is. "White Fang" is a classic story of a wolf who was born part dog/part wolf, but who's wild instincts (the wolf side), far outshine the dog instincts. However, life in the wild is tough and White Fang has to learn the ways of humans. Will White Fang ever grow fond of humans, or will he remain a wild creature who only knows vengeance? I recommend getting this book and reading it to find out, and trust me, it's well worth it if you like classic books that are well written.

If you like "White Fang" after you read it, I would recommend also getting "Call of The Wild." I can't really say which one of the two is my favorite because they're both GREAT books!

Summary: White Fang
Review: In the beginning of the novel White Fang by Jack London, Henry and Bill start the book off and never get meanched again. I think that is a horrible way to start a book. I like how he uses wolves and dogs in the novel must authors would have used just used dogs or just use wolves. This book has your normal bad guys and good guys. This novel does not have that much violence actual the only violence it has is Beauty Smith beating White Fang. Another thing that I don't like about the novel is how they introduce you to Kiche, White Fangs mother. They talk about her having the babies but it is nothing major, like the don't give a description of her. They also don't give a real good description of Gray Beaver all they tell you is that he owned Kiche and White Fang and that he was an Indian who sold furs for a living. I think that London could have gave a description about his life or what he look like or something other than he was an Indian who owned some wolves. If you like dogs and wolves then it is a very interesting book. It has a lot of action that goes on through out the novel. Weedon Scott is the main character who at the end takes white fang from Beauty Smith and teaches him to like humans. White Fang and Scott end up becoming great friends and when it is time for Scott to go home white Fang follows him. Scott ends up bring White Fang home with him and Scott's family ends up loving the wolf.

Summary: 2 long and 2 much description
Review: we read this book in class and every one in mi class thought it was boring. it has to much description for to many little things. the charecters arnt allowed to look at a tree with out there being a page of description. if you like long old fashioned storys then you might just find this one bearable. it is all about the wolf dog white fang who was the indians dog, then belonged to white men then a doctor who was finaly kind to him. it takes to long to get on to the proper story about white fang so you wonder where it is going at the start. a lot of his vocabulary is hard to understand. there is no suspense or at least hardly any. although it does have good description there is too much of it. o by the way sorry about my spelling!!

Summary: White Fang
Review: Excellent! this book was superb. This books stunning sense of reality and suprising twists and turns makes it one of Jack London's greatest works of literature. The grisly ice of the Alaskan tundra, evil dog-baiters lusting for money and fame, and also the kindness of one man. White Fangs only friend, Weedon Scott. Who saw White Fangs courage and nobility through his snarls and bristling mane. When I started to read "White Fang" I thought "man this book is great, it can't get any better". But guess what it did, It got a whole lot better. Everyone believed White Fang was an evil that couldn't be tamed. Every one thought that he was "too far gone" and should just be shot. Weedon Scott proved them wrong when White Fang saved him and his familie's lives from a mad-man.

This book was extremely realistic. White Fang was a good fighter but he couldn't dodge bullets or shoot fireballs. But his courage and determination let him survive. Even though he was a Wolf by nature he still learned to care for his master.

Summary: White Fang
Review: I think White Fang is a very good book. It's about a wolf and how he learns to survive in the wild. To me it was a really great book. It tell you what a wolf can really do in the wild and how it acts. It says how White Fang felt about humans and dogs. It also tells you what kinds of animals wolves hunt and eat.

White Fang tells you how wolves survive in a pack. It also says how the leader of every pack gets food. White Fang also talks about when the females have their own pack. It says how they react when the males come around. White Fang also says that the male goes out and get food for the females and their babies. It is a really good book and I think that you should go out and read it!

Later in the book White Fang is born by a she-wolf and is a cross between a wolf and a dog. He grews up with a bad owner who teaches it to fight other dogs.
