Review: Holes is the best book ever! At the begining it is all twisted then it starts to get really exciting. This boy goes to a camp but its not a regular camp. Its a camp for bad boys. At the camp they have to dig holes. Now go read this book its awsome i promise you wont want to put it down!

Review: Wonderful! Just wonderful! Holes by Louis Sachar is the best book of the century. A book that could go on forever. Stan the main character is accused of stealing sneakers....... I won't tell you the rest but I can tell you will like it. My favorite part is when Stan and Zero camp out on the mountain.

Review: Holes is a story about a boy (Stanley Yelnats) who gets sent to Camp Green Lake, which is a juvenile detention center. Going to camp seems good, right? But this is no ordinary camp. In fact this lake has no water in it and as punishment you have to dig holes (5-Ft wide and 5-Ft long). He gets blamed for a robbery when two shoes fall out of the sky, that is what Stanley thinks, but they actually fell off the freeway. Stanley is always in the wrong place at the wrong time and whenever something happens they blame their "no-good-dirty-rotten-pig-stealing-great-great-grandfather". I would recommend this book to kids and adults because things aren't what they seem and this book shows that.

Review: Holes, are you missing out on the greatest book ever? If you have not read Holes , you are. Holes by Louis Sachar is a all around good book and is mostly about a young boy
named Stanley Yelnets and the troubles he faces going though a boys correctional facility.While he is here he meets a boy named Hector, or Zero. Zero turns out to be a big part of Stanley's life.
If you have read another one of this authors books you will shirley like this
one.
I liked this book allot and would highly recommend it to another person. The
reason I liked this book was because there are alot of twists in it and you have to read
everything to understand it.

Summary: It's okay to be at the wrong place wrong time.
Review: I love the book Holes by Louis Sachar. It is mainly about Stanley Yelnates. He was accused of stealing Clyde Livingston shoes that were a donation to charity. Stanley chose Camp Green Lake over jail. There was a curse on Stanley's family. It started because Stanley's great great grandfather didn't keep his promise aboutcarrying Madame Zeroni up the Mountain reffered to as the Big Thumb. It is called that because it looks like thumb. When Stanley carried Zero up the mountain he lifted the curse. Thats because Zero is related to Madame Zeroni. It's an awesome book I would recommend to anyone who likes realistic fiction. I give this a five star rating.

Review: The fabulous book I read was holes written by Louis Sachar. In this jaw dropping book the innocent main was named Stanley or called Caveman by his friends. He was boy who went to a discipline camp because they thought he stole a shoe from a famous basketball player. At this camp you don't have fun you dig holes. My favorite character was a neglected Zero. He was Stanley's best friend at this lifeless boring camp. The story took place at this camp. I learned never to run away without food or water. This book was so good that I would definitely tell a friend to this book.

Review: We are 2 5th graders and our teacher (one of the best teachers ever) read us this book for a read aloud. We all loved the book and never wanted him to put it down. This a very interseting book about a boy named stanly who is mistaken for stealing shoes and is sent to camp green lake. The Charecters are very amusing and the dioluge is hilarious. You could get very thirsty reading this book.!!!!!!!!

Review: Holes, a book written by Louis Sachar, is excellent choice for casual reading. The book gives the reader an in depth look at living conditions in a youth detention center, along with the inhabitants struggle to endure the situations they are faced with during their stay at Camp Green Lake.
Stanley Yelnats, along with his new friend Hector Zeroni, ran away from the camp and its harsh conditions to try and find the secret treasure on the premises by themselves. Can they overcome the extreme heat and find water to survive? Will they uncover the treasure before the cruel supervisors at the detention center? These questions can only be answered by reading Holes.
