Rating: Summary: Holes Review: There was a guy named Stanly Yelnats, about 13 year old who was walking along and all of a sudden these really expensive shoes fall out of the air upon him. Cops found him with them and arrested him. Stanly went to a lake called Camp Green Lake for his punishment. At Camp Green Lake he had to dig holes because the boss said it would build character but really there was a whole other reason. One day Stanly ran away and never came back for a long time.

One day after school he as just mining his own buissness when a pair of shoes feel on him. He got up and looked behind him and a hole lot of people were chasing him he didnt know why so he started to run once they caught him they said why did you take the shoes, he reponded aand said i didnt i didnt. Stanley didnt know what to do he didnt know why they wanted to hurt him. Well it turned out that these shoes werent just anyones shoes they were donated by the famous baseball player speedy claxton. He was the most famous baseball player ever to play the game and stanleys favorite player. Stanley had to go to court. He was proven guilty and had a choice either to goto a aummer camp or go to jail. He decided to goto camp since he has nver bein there before. Well when h arrived there was noyone he new. There wasnt a drinking fountain for many miles. This was no ordinary camp thow. This camp didnt even have a lake. It was just a drieded up lake in the middle of nowhere. It turns out that stanley makes lots of friends and has a big adventure. You have to read the rest to find out what happens to stanley yelnuts.
