IS my 2nd favorite author (next to Daniel handiler(kwoun as LEMONY SNICKET)Holes is exciting,fresh,action-stuffed and funny.
Holes is about a boy named Stanley Yelnats who is convicted for a crime he did not commit: stealing a pair of shoes from a celebitry baseball player kwoun as "Sweet feet" so he has a choice: Camp Green lake, a weird place thats not green and does'nt have a lake but it was once a lake but that was only over a hundred years ago where you have to dig a hole each day:five foot deep, five foot in diameter. to "turn a bad boy into a good boy" or jail. so he decides to camp green lake.
but he must avoid getiing bitten by a yellow spotted lizard

this book is about a boy named stanley yelnats who gets accused for a crime that he didn't do. His father also Stanley Yelnats is working on an invention to recycle old shoes. Stanley gets sent to court and is tried for stealing shoes. and has a choice either to go to prison or go to Campgreen lake. Stanley never went camp before so he thought it would be fun But it turns out to be a disaster every day he has to dig a hole 5 foot deep and 5 foot wide. He makes friends at camp like zero (hector zeroni) and he faces the wilderness as he and zero runaway and learn the secret at camp greenlake. the warden is looking something but doesn't can't find it so she makes the kids dig holes. what is the warden looking for? Will stanley escape!? And will stanleys dad invention work? read and find out.

Review: Holes, written by Louis Sachar, is a wonderfully written adventure fiction novel. Stanley Yelnats was accussed of stealing a pair of shoes from Clyde Livingston and was sent to a boy's correctional facility called Camp Green Lake where he has to dig a hole every day. Every day is an adventure for Stanley, but soon after he gets there he finds out that something just isn't quite right with the Warden. I would reccomend this book to anybody that likes a good adventure.

Review: The genre of this book is adventure fiction. Holes is about a boy who was innocent, but the law proved him guity. He was sent to a camp, where they dug holes. Stanley(main character) meets a boy named Zero and they become friends. I would recommend this book for someone to read when they are in a mood to go on an adventure.

Review: I thought Holes was the best book ever made. If no one agrees with me their wrong. I wish Lois Sachar should write a sequal. This adventure fiction novel had me guessing the whole time. Stanley Yelnats is the perfect character. With Zero,The Warden, Stanley's no good,rotten,pig stealing,great-great grandfather,and Kissin Kate finish it off.Camp Green Lake is a wonderful setting. I know I wouldn't want to be there!I'd haten to dig holes every day! I recomend this book for everyone in the world. The book is the best and thats all I'm going to say.

Review: I am reviewing Holes by Louis Sachar. Louis Sachar has created a Realistic Fiction novel of mystery, suspense, and redemption.
Holes is about a boy named Stanley Yelnats (Stanley backwards) who is in the wrong place at the wrong time. He is given a choice of jail or Camp Green Lake. Obviously he chooses Camp Green Lake. There he meets Zero. Zero, (Hector Zeroni) who was lost as a child and too poor to look for his parents, was mostly at fault for Stanleys setence to Camp Green Lake. At Camp Green Lake they must dig 5ft by 5ft holes. There philosiphy is that if you take a bad kid and make him dig holes all day he turns into a good kid.
Together they try to unlock the secrets of Camp Green Lake, like why isnt there a lake? and what are they digging for?
I would recamend this book to anyone and any age. Holes is a must read!

Review: I'am doing my review on the book HOLES by Louis Sachar. The book leaves you wanting to read it over and over agian. Holes is humorous,yet suspencful. The way it was written makes you want to never put it down. Holes takes place in a big dried up lake called Greenlake. But, one lady turned it into camp Greenlake for kids who are bad. The main characters are Stanly who is a boy who always had bad luck. Zero who is a boy who doesn't talk to often . The Warden the owner of Camp Greenlake. Holes is mostly about a boy who has bad luck and just happend to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. He has to go to camp Greenlake and meets new people and learns a mystery about his past. Read HOLES its a really good book!

He choses Camp Green Lake.There heruns into a lot of strange things. A long family story relates him to a kid he meets at camp. This is an outstanding book. I highly recomend it to anyone who is lookin for something good to read.
