Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: He did it again! Review: Louis Sachar has done it again! He has written the brillant Wayside School series, and well-written Sixth Grade Secrets, now there is the great book Holes, too. Sachar has given us yet another one of his wonderful stories everyone can enjoy. I would recommend this to anyone. I am not too easy to please when it comes to good books, but I REALLY enjoyed this one! Louis Sachar has quickly made his way to the top of my list of great authors. There was not one part I didn't understand or didn't care for. It was well-written throughout the whole book.

Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: This one will surprise you! Review: I didn't care for this book when it started, but something compelled me to keep reading. Not since "Confederacy of Dunces," has a group of characters kept me so spellbound. I finished the book 15 minutes ago and....I'm going to read it again! It is rare to find such a clever, creative story written for youth. Everyone should read this book. Bravo Louis Sacher!

Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: WANT TO DIG YOURSELF INTO A GOOD BOOK? Review: The book Holes is greatly written. It is about a young boy named Stanley he has done something very wrong he has . And now Stanley has to pick beteen going to jail and going to Camp Green Lake. Stanley chooses to go to the myserious Camp Green Lake. When he gets there he is greeted by a man, this hard, strict man is Mr.Sir. Mr. Sir yells for another man, and this man's name is Mr.Pendanski. Mr.Pendanski is Stanley Consoler. Stanley is taken to a tent which is tent D. There were boys already in the tent he suppoused thouse would be his group. Now Stanley had not seen any lake around. So he asked a boy in the tent he just started laghing, so he asked him again he anwsered "there is no lake here you dig a hole each day." Then the next day he to dug a hole it had to be 5ft. deep and 5ft. long. One day a group mate Zero asked him how to read and write, and if he could teach him. Stanley said he would if Zero dug his own hole and his hole. Then one day Zero ran away and Mr.Sir told them earlyer that there was no water for 100 miles. Just on the third day...... wait I not going to tell you the whole story. I really liked this book it had suspence, and on some parts you needed a box of tissues. Enjoy!

Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Better than Harry Potter? Review: With the latest craze of Harry Potter it's been hard to find a good book when Potter is the only one they carry but with the creativity of Louis Sacher this book has caught my attention. I loved the two-part stroy and yet it is not the slightest bit confusing. I could not put this one done. It is a book to curl up in on a rainy day. Read it and you'll love it.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Holes Review: I thought this book was exellent
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: HOLES IS MORE THAN MEETS THE EYE! Review: I listened to the audio version of this book on my way to and from work. This may be a kid's book, but it's also for the kid at heart. I've listened to a lot of audio books, but this is the only one I've listened more than once... 3+ times to be exact. The author treats you as an intelligent reader and lets you fill in the "holes" for yourself. Everything in this story is connected... round and interwoven... Holes.... You've got to read this!
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Holes the best book I've ever read Review: In Holes it tells about this camp called Camp Green Lake with a kid named Stanley Yelnats who gets in trouble because when a kid he meets in camp called zero throws shoes at him Stanley gets caught with the shoes only he thinks he's innocent. He has to dig holes 5 feet deep and 5 feet wide. While he's at camp he makes some new friends with weird nick names like: Zero, Squid, etc. One day Zero runs away and Stanly goes after him and finds him in a tunnel under a boat with some liquid in bottles they leave to go to this moutain that Stanley saw earlier in the book, and when they got there Zero gets a major stomache ache. Stanley looks to find water near where they are then gives Zero some of it. Zero and Stanley became good friends and Zero gets a new family.
