Summary: Holes, A great book, by Louis Sachar!
Review: Holes is a very interesting book about a fairly poor boy named Stanley Yelnats who was accused for stealing a famous persons shoes which was really just a case of the 'in the wrong place at the wrong time' situation. He was sentenced to a juvinile jail or a juvenile camp fo bad boys were they make you dig 5 ft. wide and 5 ft. deep holes in this dried up lake. Since he hadn't ever got a chance to go anywere, he chose the camp. When he got to the camp he met his camp mates who all had nicknames and his was Caveman. Since ive told you enough about the book itself, ill tell you what i think about it ... ITS A GREAT BOOK!!!!!

Review: Holes is a great book about a boy that gets sent to a boy camp. the camp is called " Camp Green Lake ", it is a correction facility. Some of the charicters that have nicknames are, Armpit, Caveman, Zero, Magnet and some others. It is a non-fiction sci-fi type of book. It is still good though. The bad things about the camp is that stanlys great, great, great, grandfather was there and got robbed by a famous outlaw. The book does a lot of flashbacks to that time, and after a whilie it gets boring. It is a good book for young readers.

Review: Holes is a great book. I loved it! If you have never read it I really think you should! It is a tale of friendship, life, and living. Stanley is the main character. He has been sent to camp Green Lake to dig holes as a punismentfor stealing shoes. He blames the whole situation on his great, great, pigstealing Grandfather. He has to sleep in the bed that a boy named barf bag had slept in. He has been told that if he finds anything interesting in his hole to turn it in to the Warden. Then a guy named X-ray tells him to give what Stanley finds to him. Stanley does find something, but will he give it to X-ray so he gets a day off or the Warden and Stanley gets the day off. To find out you will have to read this 5 star book. HOLES

He gets send to camp where he meets new friends. He has to dig holesand if he ever finds anything that seems worth something he must show it to the worden. this boy goes through alot of trouble,he even runs awa;y from camp, and all the trouble he goes through he blaims it on his pig steeling grandparent. Review: This book Holes is a great book to read. This book is about this boy who has to go to this Juvenile camp for doing something wrong that he didn't even do. He thinks it's his no good dirty rotten pig stealing great-great-grandpa , that he has bad luck. So he has to go to this camp called Camp Green Lake but there is no water , no lake , its a desert. So what they have to do is dig holes everyday that are 5 ft deep and 5 ft wide its alot of hard work! On the way they get into alot of trouble and come into contact with rattlesnakes and yellow spotted lizards. I think this is a great book i give it 5 stars!! I recommend for everyone to read it!
