Rating: Summary: Don't Get Caught Driving the School Bus Review: Don't Get Caught Driving the School Bus By: Todd Strasser Don't Get Caught Driving the School Bus is about three boys: Wilson, Kyle, and Dusty, who are bad. They break almost every rule in their school. They put a wasp's nest in the school bus and the wasps hurt the old bus driver, a.k.a "Grandma". Then Sarge, a former prison bus driver, is their new bus driver. Sarge lets Kyle drive the bus when they're right on a train track! Sarge jumps to get in the driver's seat and he hits a pole, which knocks him out. Then guess what? You'll have to read, "Don't Get Caught Driving the School Bus." I liked this book because it was funny. At some parts, I laughed out loud. If I had to rate this book on a scale of 1-10, it would definitely be a 10. Todd Strasser has written many novels for children of all ages. He is one of my favorite authors and if you read one of his books I bet he will be one of yours too.

Rating: Summary: The Best of Todd Strasser Review: Kyle, Dusty, and Wilson are always in trouble. From the carelessness of eachother, they accidently left a wasp's nest in the school bus. Poor Grandma (the bus driver) was replaced by an old prison bus driver because she was sent to the hospital. Kyle, Dusty, and Wilson do everything trying toget rid of him. Now they have put themselves, the single digits, and the bus driver in a life and death situation.

Rating: Summary: Great book. Review: My favorite book is Don't Get Caught Driving The School Bus by Todd Strasser. I chose this book because I was having trouble picking out a book so my sister recommended it to me. It looked boring but when I started reading it I liked it. This book took place around our time, now. The characters in this book are wild and funny, though one character is mean. In this book there is one important event, because it is a fiction (not real) book. It was where the kids on the bus where trouble makers. They got in trouble and the bus driver pulled over in the middle of train tracks. He got up and yelled. When he went to sit down, he bumped his head on the bar and got knocked out. They got up and heard a train so one of the boys had to drive them to safety. I think the author was trying to say: 'Even if you're trouble makers you can be heroes too.' I recommend this book if you like humor or adventure and excitement.
Rating: Summary: Uh-oh, Sarge... Review: Strasser's "Don't Get Caught" books teach a powerful lesson about potential rule-breakers in the American education system. Wilson: invents stuff - and trouble. Dusty: can talk his way out of anything. Kyle: crippled from the neck down, incoherent, and full of unreleasable frustration. Together they form a tight-knit trio that spells fun and excitement, but what will they do when life is on the line? Look out when these three get on the school bus!
Rating: Summary: A very good book Review: This book was very well written, with excellent characterization. Both 'Sarge' and 'Grandma'were excellent, as well as Kyle, Dusty and Wilson. A definite page turner, with definite humor.
Rating: Summary: Funny! Review: This was a very funny book with a lot of humor. It was about three 7th graders, Wilson, Dusty, and Kyle. They had just received a new bus driver named "Sarge." Sarge used to work at a prison, and he treats all kids like they're criminals. But Wilson, Dusty, and Kyle can't take it. They decide to show Sarge who's in charge!
