Review: Scoop thinks she has found her birth mother in this book. Her name is Twila Twopennies. In the book before Home is Where Your Horse Is Scoop helped deliver a foal. Twila bought the foal and Scoop went to her farm to help. She found out that Twila had a baby the around the same time Scoop was born and she gave it up for adoption.
