Summary: I love this book!
Review: "Uncovering Sadie's Secrets" is a wonderful read. The characters are interesting, the plot is intriguing and time flies when you are reading this book. The author has a great sense of humor which comes across in the protagonist, Bianca, but is never forced or apropos. It is a great book for young adults ages 11 and up. Parents and grandparents can recommend this book without fear of its contents. And adults who still enjoy reading youth literature will enjoy reading it themselves.

Summary: This book is very well written and wonderful to read.
Review: A friend recommended me this book. I didn't have too much extra time on my hands to do a lot of reading.... But after I opened the book and started chapter one, I was drawn in. Libby Sternberg has done an excellent job on this published piece, and I commend her on it. It was wonderful to sit down, read, and have everything that was on my mind leave me as I entered this New World. It's realistic, carries a very well thought out plot, and it stays interesting. I think it's a great book.

Review: As the mother of a 5th grade daughter, I am very interested in what she is reading. On the recommendation of a friend, we got the book Uncovering Sadie's Secrets. My daughter read it, and recommended that I read it. She loved it, and so did I! I was so pleased to find a young adult book with no sex, violence, drugs, or bad language. Yet, the plot was believable, exciting, and had enough twists to hold you until the very last page. My daughter and I are looking forward to many more Bianca Balducci mysteries! We highly recommend this book, and have purchased several as gifts for friends.

Review: I enjoy mysteries and love to give books as gifts. When this book by a local author was recommended, I thought of my 18 year old granddaughter. I read it first to see if it was age appropriate (not too young!) and found myself pulled right in! I thoroughly enjoyed Ms. Sternberg's writing style and knew that teenagers especially, would "tune right in" to her contemporary expressions and identify with Bianca's thoughts and situations. It was a quick read for me as I was really intrigued as to what Sadie's secret was! None of my guesses were correct and so I was VERY surprised at the ending. This book is a winner and I look forward to reading more Bianca Balducci Mysteries as I have Harry Potter!

Review: I picked up this book never thinking that I would enjoy a young people's novel as much as I enjoy adult fiction. Much to my surprise, I found Uncovering Sadie's Secrets kept me turning pages faster than most of the other (adult) books I've read in the past few months! It is a sheer delight! Great mystery, breezy prose, and a wonderful, true-to-life cast of characters. In her heroine Bianca, Libby Sternberg has created a quick-witted teen whose foibles and spunk are entirely engaging, and whose fears and irritations resound with reality. Yet, Bianca never descends into smart-mouthed behavior or displays disrespect for her family, her friends, or herself. A wonderful read (and appropriate) for all ages!
