Summary: a good book
Review: The book was very good and interesting. It keeps you reading because it is so susepencful and it kepts you thinking about the clues. Another reason it is a good book is because it is a true story and you can realt to how the people feel at each moment. Lois Duncan really captured every little thing she thought and felt at each moment. Also how she did whatever she had to do to find the killer after the FBI gave up. It also helped that it happened to Lois, because she knew everything that was going on and she did not just put her opinion on the situation. She know every little fact like what the FBI had to say about it and also what the newspapers had to say about the situation. The FBI and newspapers opinions were the same, but Lois opinion was different and I liked how she put in everybo0dy's opinion about the situationand she put her own without putting down their opinions on it.

Summary: A tragic story of a mother's search for her daughter
Review: The non-fiction novel "Who killed my daughter?" by Lois Duncan is a story based on a mothers search for her daughter's killers in the streets of Albuquerque, New Mexico. In 1989, Kaitlyn Arquette, a 19 year old, was shot while driving to her friends' house in the middle of the night. Police say it was a random shooting but the bullets were shot too well placed into her skull to be "random". Although the police refuse to look deeper into the case, Lois' search persists into the depth of illegal drug-transactions that took place in Kaitlyn's life. As she carries on with the search, she contacts a psychic who has an extraordinary ability to relive Kaitlyn's last moments before her tragic death. Lois also finds that her own daughter may have been a part of the dangerous drug-smuggling activities that went on with the Vietnamese. She has come to believe that the activities are what led to her daughters' death. Dung Nguyen, Kaitlyn's Vietnamese boyfriend, and his "supposed" attempt to commit suicide evidently make him a suspect, but the Albuquerque police continue to refuse to look into the case. Lois and her family have also come to believe that Dung may know who killed her daughter and why she was killed, but he denies having anything to do with her death to the police. In the end, Lois continues to search for her daughter's killers, and only then will peace reside within her family and herself.

Lois Duncan's tragic novel was an edge of the seat read. I enjoyed every page turning event within the book. I would recommend this book to all readers out there because it is one of the many that has touched my heart. When I read this book, I actually felt as though I was a character, too, pursuing drug dealers. I also recommend this book because its somewhat action packed, and it creates suspense. The book, "Who killed my daughter?" is one I would most recommend to anyone who loves to read mysteries. Although it is nonfiction, it is an unbelievable book that pulls readers into the story as though they were witnessing every moment. It is a one-of-a-kind read that keeps the reader reading until the end.

Summary: This amazing true story will stay with you!
Review: This terrifyingly true story about the authors daughters Murder case is sure to stay with you. Lois Duncan tells the happenings so well you finish the book with your own opinion of how it happened and who did this. I read this book a while ago and I have been waiting in hopes of a sequel. The only thing that was dissapointing was the fact that the person that did this still has not been caught.

Summary: The author, LOIS DUNCAN,& her family, undergo a tragedy !
Review: Tragedy strikes for Lois Duncan& her family when ,Kaitlyn, only 18 years old,is shot in the head, while on the way to a girl friend's house.
The book is pretty good and very informitive.Lois pours her feelings in her writing! She puts all the information she finds in the book. She has a lot of evidence and she has her suspects in mind! The only problem is getting the police, who say the shooting was random and the case is closed,to take her evidence in to consideration and acknowledge the fact that the shooting was anything BUT random!
The book was well worth the read and i wish her luck in solving the case and bringing her daughter's killer{s} to justice!
