Summary: it took awhile...
Review: ...but ms. bryant finally started getting the hang of it. As one reader put it, she's making even strides. As an avid rider and competitor, i have been reading the Saddle Club series for 10 years. i was beginning to find it slightly to youngfor me. Now, after a riding accident(in which many of my bones were and are still broken) the only way I can enjoy horses is to read about them. I believe that Bonnie Bryant has filled that void of missing horses in me. However, being a teenager,i know there is more to life than just horses and family. I would like to see the trio into tighter roles: perhaps peer-pressure, drugs, sex, family trouble. (a good topic that could be adressed would be if Phil were to suddenly start hitting Stevie) (it DOES happen you know, so please so flame, cuz it was a suggestion.) Ne ways, you get the point.

Summary: GO BONNIE BRYANT!!!!
Review: GO BONNIE BRYANT! I love those books! I have been reading Saddle Club for a long time and i almost have all of them! Pine Hollow is also a great series! I am a horse freak and i admire you alot! Of what some of the other people say, it makes you look like a horrible writer and that you write your books to bore people but you don't. That makes people not buy your books and then they are missing all of the fun about horses! ( there is alot more to horses than just books though) Keep writing all of the good stories!

Summary: Another great Pine Hollow
Review: Hi Cpaw returns to tell anyone who reads this about Pine Hollow #5. Quite a bit happens in this book. Callie is nervous about her freind Sheila from back home comming to visit, because they had a very competitive relationship when they were younger. Stevie desides to help Callie out and advises her to open up to Sheila, but when she does Sheila writes a tell-all article for national paper. Lisa is going crazy with worry about Max not letting anyone ride Prancer, but then she finds out the mare is pregnant with twins. I was surprised and relived when I read about this, I was glad she didn't have some horrible disease, but later I learnt Prancer died! I havn't read the book yet but I know it'll be great. Carole has cheated on a test to stop her grades falling below a C to keep her riding privliges, and is feeling very guilty. AJ is still acting really weired and Stevie and Phil have to find out why. Also Carole and Lisa have had a fight over Prancer and Carole is getting obsessed with Samson. I reccomend this book to all horse-loving teens, and the whole PH series. I was so pleased when they came out, its such a great series, like a Home and Away on Horseback. (Home and Away is an aussie soap, check it out sometime) anyway, more reviews soon, watch Animorphs, Thoroughbred and any animal story. BYE BYE BYE (Nsync! hehe!)

Summary: I HATE this series!
Review: I hate this new series--it's ruined everything. I agree with the girl from Sydney, because the Saddle Club series is so much better. How could my favorite series be ruined by this...? I appreciate Ms. Bryant trying to make a series for teens, but really--this isn't working. She ought to make something a lot like the Saddle Club adventures--just with them being older and the books more advanced. And more about HORSES! At least the one before this had a little more of horses, though. This is not a boy-crazy series, it is a horse-crazy series. HELLO!

I am starting my own series now. Good bye.

Summary: Prancer...........
Review: I like how in confirmation faults, carole and lisa are fighting because lisa found out that she knew about prancer having twins. They've been so goody-goody for years, and it's really annoying. Bonnie bryant should be Bonnie Brilliant!

Summary: A GOOD BOOK!
Review: I liked this book... I'm enjoying the new series too, I only wish the books would be published faster...Anyhow,is that supposed to be Ben Marlow on the cover? I think it is... I wish this book told what is wrong with A.J. instead of leaving me hanging... Oh well, I guess I'll have to wait for no.6 to come out. I wonder when Bonnie Bryant will decide to merge the Saddle Club into Pine Hollow... It has to happen eventually... they can't stay young forever... She'll probably stop at like book#150 or something, and then turn the story over into Pine Hollow... probably when Lisa's parents divorce... That is just my prediction for the future anyways... Kepp it up B.B! =)

Summary: LEAVE THIS ONE ALONE, PLEASE!
Review: I love this series! This is probably my favorite horse series. The books are great. The amount of horsiness is increasing. I don't care about the boys.

Summary: I LIKE THE SERIES
Review: I really like the searies and i know A LOT of other people do to! so please before you start bassing the new series think of the other people that are reading it. They do have a lot of things on horses and i know that if these books were just like the saddle club books but more advanced I would not read it and all of my friends would probley stop to. I really like how Mrs. Bryant has made the sereies and I hope that she continus to keep writing the Pine Hollow books exactly the same way as she is now. And if you do not like the series then why are you buying and reading the books? I am sorry to sound so rude but i sale what you all did to the Thoroughbred series and i DO NOT want you all to do the same thing to this series too. Their are plenty of other horse books that you can read and make fun of but please leve this one alone!

Summary: A Book That was a Little too much Like a Soap-Opera
Review: I thought that the story line was great, but the actual story was a bit sketchy.I first stasrted reading Pine Hollow books when I learned that it involved the Saddle Club's main characters.(Stevie,Lisa, and Carole)Ben seemed like a nice guy and he seems a little shy.Carole is way too obsessed with Samson, the horse, and only Ben seems to notice. When he tries to bring to her suposedly best friends' attention they ignore him and treat him like dirt.I couldn't get over how Stevie talked about if he weren't so weird he'd be happier.Give me a break!

I really liked Callie's character although her brother,Scott, had the better judgement. Her refusal to give up was the best quality.

All in all the book was pretty good.Bonnie Bryant is and always will be a great author, but the characters are way too shallow, selfish, and uncaring.Lisa is the main example.
