Rating: Summary: one of the best Review: A wonderful novel by Avi. It has the comedy, horror and drama of all Avi's books roled into one. Not only kids but teens and adults would love this book. Everyone has one person in the book that they can relate to. Weather it be Conrad, Nancy or even the parents. This is definitly one of the better books by Avi.
Rating: Summary: Good book! Review: I read this book as a child and it had a profound effect on the way I view my relationship's with others. This is a great book for people of any age who would like to read a good story about what happens in relationships.
Rating: Summary: A moving story of fate. Review: I reccomend this book to anyone who's read Avi books before. You may think it has a weird title, but just wait til you read the end. It is one of the most moving books I've ever read. A story of fate if Conrad hadn't been sitting beside the girl, and if she hadn't lift her magazine in her chair the whole incident might have never happened. It was one of the best books I've read. Also one of Avi's best written books. Read this book!
Rating: Summary: On the Edge of your seat Review: I've recently had the urge to go back to books that moved me as a child. Even then I was an avid reader, and this book was one of the few that I've felt compelled to buy and reread as an adult. It's a book like this one that reminds me that good writing is good writing, and an honest and emotionally real book can move me, no matter what audience it is intended for.

Rating: Summary: On the Edge of your seat Review: This is a very good book that keeps you on the edge of your seat. i tell all my friends to read it!
Rating: Summary: It tells the truth about relationship between family. Review: This story tells the truth about relationships between people, especially such intimate people as family or friends. When I first picked up this book, I felt quite the same as Conrad about having divorced parents. It gave more and more ideas about why I don't trust people easily. Because "lies"make life complicated. Some people say that lying can do good sometime. But in fact, it doesn't solve the problem at all. How can we tell what is genuine and what is fake if we conceal true feelings? I had fun reading this book, not only because it's easy for me to read but also it gives me much inspiration about dealing with my family life.
