Review: I am a 8th grade salt lake city Utah reader.I enjoyed this book for the most part, i liked it because,it has action, humor and drama all in one. It was fun to learn about river rafting and the Grand Canyon. I also liked it because it was so unpredictable. The group of teenagers would come up on a question and you didn't really know what or how they would answer. I think this book would be good for someone ready to try new things. This book would also be good for someone that like to run away from everyone and every thing for a while. In closing I liked this book and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks for reading! ()

Review: In my English class we just finished the book Downriver. Iloved it. It always had something new and exciting. I can relate tosome of the characters and I thought the descriptions were great. Itseemed so real, like you were one of the characters. I recommend this book to anyone who likes excitement and the outdoors. I also recommend the sequel to it, River Thunder, which only took me two days to read. -Megan END

Review: In my 8th grade English class, we read Downriver by Will Hobbs. I thought this book was pretty good, even though it's fiction it felt like it was really happening. I would recomend this book to someone, but I probably wouldn't read it again. I think Will Hobbs did an amazing job with the discriptions. He used great words and feelings. One bad thing about this book is, he didn't give enough background information on most of the characters.

Review: In my opinion it was a pretty good book. I thought it was cool. It dragged on a bit in the middle, and that's why I didn't give it the whole amount of points. I was able to relate to a couple of the characters though. The author was able to make the people actually seem real; not to many authors know how to do that. I was impressed, and I would recomend this book to anyone who likes to read.

Review: I loved the book Downriver. I think if you take time to read it you will enjoy it. It is a good adventure amd drama book. Every chapter leaves you at a cliff hanger and its exciting. So I suggest this book and I want to thank Mrs. Burgon for reading this book to our eigth grade class. This is the best book yet!

Review: Down River, I love this book! It is the perfect, coolest, best book ever! The only problem. . . foreshadowing. To much of it you know exactly what will happen next, and how it will happen. This destroyed the 5-Star of the book; in my opinion. I don't even like to read but this WAS the best book I have read and it was very fun it had many adventures that kept it going and on it's feet even if it had alot of foreshadowing. I recomend this book for all 8 graders alike, even if your teacher doesn't read you still can with out her or anyone else. JUST GRAB THIS BOOK AND READ IT ALREADY! Sklour
