Review: I liked this book a lot, because it was adventerous. Sometimes I don't like advertrous books, but this one was good. My faviote person was Jesse. I could relate to Jesse the most, so I understood her more. I liked Downriver so much that I had to read River Thunder. River Thunder is good too! I recommend both books to everyone.

Review: I am 14 and i really anjoyed this book. this book has a lot of different experiences,like rock climbing.stealing a car, and river rafting. All of the places the characters end up have somthing exiting about them. this book is very breath taking at times and it makes you want jump right in th book with all the characters. I would recommend this book to anyone that enjoyes a thrill.Thanks.

Review: I just barely finished reading the book "Down River" in my 8th grade English class. Everyday, I looked foward to reading the book and finding out what exciting things would happen next. Usually, it takes me weeks, maybe even months to finish a book because it is so boring. This book I didn't want to put down. This is a "must read" book! I totally recommend this book, and I hope you enjoy it as much as i did!

Review: I really liked this book. Almost to the point of love. The way the author kept it exciting and yet, it still made enough sense for an 8th grader (like me!). The characters seemed so realistic and they weren't totally boring. The plot in the story is awesome and adventerous. I would definently recommend the book's companion, River Thunder!

Review: I think Downriver is a cool book. Even though it's a book of fiction, it still could happen. In the book, most of the characters find their real selves at the end. I also recommend the comapanion to Downriver, River Thunder.

Review: I gave this book 3 stars because some of the things the characters did were believable, but some were not. Like when Troy threw away the map-that was believable, but when a group of "escapees" use such clean language while they are being hunted down under so much stress, I thought that was kind of out of place.

Review: ...I read Down River and I really enjoyed it it wasreaaly great. I personally was really exicited to get stared on DownRiver. The book Down River was really interesting it explined things on how to go River rafing. I reaaly want to go River rafting in the Summer. I hope soon there will be anothor Down River in the future.My favorite characters in this book were Star, and Freddie they were the best they both had really great attitudes. Down River was the greatest book. END

Review: I think the "Down River" book was really good. It was full of action and I liked it alot. The characters were acting smart in some parts and dumb in other parts. The part where they were acting dumb was when they stole some alcohal and got drunk. The part where they acted smart was when they thought fast and they held off Al with a knife.I think every one should read this fun book. ()
