Rating: Summary: A pretty deep book for a children's book Review: A pretty deep book for a children's book. I've read almost all of the Hardy Boys books and this is my favorite. It separates the two main characters; Frank and Joe, and shows how alone they can be without each other. At a couple of points the book goes very deep as Frank pictures his life without Joe and his brother "dying without even knowing who he was". It shows a side of Frank that has never been seen before; it also shows to what lengths each boy will go to save the other. I liked the book a lot. Hardy Boys casefiles#80 is another extremely psychological book in which Frank and Joe get separated and deal with things alone. However, I felt #80 was a little too emotional as I almost began to cry at a couple of points. I think both books are worth reading, but in order to understand them you have to read Casefiles #1 first; #11 and #80 both refer back to seens in this book without explaining them (it's assumed you know what happened in #1). If you're a Hardy Boys fan you must read this book.
Rating: Summary: I think this book is the best he has ever written Review: I think this story is the bomb! It is the best anyone has ever written. Thumbs up!
Rating: Summary: Brother Against Brother-The BEST of the Casefiles Review: I'm glad to see others feel the same way I do about Brother Against Brother. I've read most of the Casefiles and this one is still by far the BEST. It was the very first Hardy Boys book I ever read and I was hooked. I'm very careful with my books but this one is showing some wear it's been read so much. The emotions that the author brings out between the two brothers is outstanding. This book brought Frank and Joe to life for me. 12 years later, I still cherish this book! It's definitely worth buying an out of print copy!

Rating: Summary: A great adventeristic novel!!! Review: One of the best Hardy Boys novels. Joe suddenly loses his memory from a head injury and now thinks that his brother is his enemy. Rating: Summary: Really Exciting Review: The book starts out with Joe on his way to Colorado to deliver a message to a man in witness protection . Before he can give it to him another man sends Joe over a cliff in the trunk of his car . When he awakens he can't remember who he is or anything except that a hitman is after him. Meanwhile in Bayport Frank is worried about not hearing from him sets ( His dad giving him only 24 hours ) out to find his brother . Still not remembering anything Joe meets Rita who helps him . When Joe sees Frank he thinks Frank is the hitman out to kill him . This book brings up memories of when Joe lost Iola and brings up how Frank feels about his brother . With trouble nipping at both brothers' heals throughout the book leaves you on the edge of your seat . I loved this book and would read it again and again .
Rating: Summary: I agree completely Review: The other reviews are right on target. This is the best case file of all, with action, drama and an in-depth look (or as in-depth as a Hardy Boys book can get) at the relationship that Frank and Joe have. It's very sad, due to Joe's revisitation of Iola's death and Frank's desperate attempts to get Joe to remember him, but that adds an element that most (excluding Case File #1) of the Hardy Boys books do not have. It's well worth your while to read this out-of-print book - buy it here or get it from the library.
Rating: Summary: The most perfect Hardy Boys book ever!!!!! Review: This book has got to be the best in the series. I have personally read this book 12 times over the past 8 years and have also read every book in the series and I have a very extensive collection of this great series. There was nothing more exhilirating than right after Joe lost his memory and confused His brother frank with the enemy and they fought.I gave this novel 5 stars because it was written by a true artist.
Rating: Summary: THE BEST Review: This book is the best out of all the casefiles. It shows how close the bond is between Frank and Joe, and what would happened if they ever found themselves seperated. The plot is so simple, yet so compelling, that sometimes it can bring a tear to the eye. This is THE book to find.
Rating: Summary: My favorite book in the Hardy Boys Casefiles series Review: This is my favorite book in the Hardy Boys Casefiles s e r i e s ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This book features Joe losing his memory. He is sent to warn a person under the witness protection program, living in Colorado, that a hit man is after him. The witness is a man and his daughter, Rita. The hit man sends Joe over a cliff in the trunk of his car. Joe survives ( of course ) but loses his memory. Now when Frank comes after him, he thinks Frank is the hit man! He has many memories about past cases and it is a really emotional book, especially when Joe remembers how Iola was killed in a car bombing in the Dead on Target case.( The first book in the series ). It was a wonderful book, but it helps to read Dead on Target and The Lazarus Plot first. To read Dead of Night, ( another really emotional book ) you need to read these books as well as Brother Against Brother. You will probably have to order from an out-of-print bookstore to get this book, but it is worth it. This is the best book!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
