Review: If you like strong, girl heroines, this book is for you. Alanna of Trebond is the first female lady knight in centuries, and when she goes to fierce Bazhir tribeman of the desert, she must prove herself. She becomes one of the tribe, and stays there. During her stay, she settles into being a lady knight, what she would like to do with her life, and her relationship with Jonathan and George. Also read the books before it. Alanna: The First Adventure and In the Hand of the Goddess, in the series called the Song of the Lioness by Tamora Pierce. Also check out the Immortals series, and the Protector of the Small series. They are GOOD!

Review: This book is AWESOME!!!!!! Any girl who loves adventure will love this book. I recommend that you read all of this series (Song of the Lioness 1-4 by Tamora Pierce). There are other Tortallan series after this one. They are all great!!!!
