Summary: More about Annie and Strat!!!
Review: I was really dissapointed when I found out that Prisoners of Time wasn't about Annie and Strat. PLEASE, write more about them. The explanations in the Prisoners of Time did not cut it. There should be a little mini series about Devonney and Tod but it shouldn't be part of the Annie and Strat's romance. PLEASE write another book about Annie and Strat. PLEASE, PLEASe, PLEASE!!!!!

Summary: One of the best books I have ever read
Review: I read Both Sides of Time and Out of Time in September and absolutely loved them. I read about Prisoner of Time on the inside of Out of Time, and have been anxious to get it. I finally did, and it was surprising wonderful! I didn't mind the fact that it wasn't about Strat and Annie. If anyone is not sure about getting it, go for it, because it is really good!

Summary: Not what I expected...but not bad.
Review: Having read both of the previous books in the triolgy, I couldn't wait for this one to come out. I was very disappointed that the book was not about Strat and Annie, because their story was left unfinished in the previous books. Devonny and Tod were not as likable as Annie and Strat. The book was still very good, but I hope that there will be another book that at least tells whether or not Strat is alive, and whether he and Annie ever meet again.

Summary: I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS BOOK!
Review: This book was really good. I've read the other books in this series and I didn't expect the ending it had. Caroline B. Cooney is one of my new favorite authors.

Summary: I hope you love it!!!
Review: I hope you love reading this book as much I did writing it!

Summary: good book...
Review: ...but not as good as "Both Sides Of Time", a fav of mine since i first read it so many years ago, i think to date i've read it atleast 10 times. And "Out Of Time". Still a good story, had me hooked like the others, i'm disappointed it didn't have Annie or Strat in the main story line. I really want to know what happened to Strat tho. Ms. Cooney, if your reading this, please write a fourth book. Read the other 2 books before you read this one.

Summary: A great addition to the "time" series
Review: A Prisoner of Time was another great book in the "time" series by Cooney, and in my opinion, the best!

Devonny Stratton is disgusted when she finds that her wealthy, 1890's father is forcing her to marry the English Lord Windon. She's only sixteen, and she has already made plans for her life! And modern Todd Lockwood has never wanted to get involved with a girl, much less one from the last century. However, when Devonny needs help, it seems as if Todd is the answer to her prayers...

I loved this book, and I think it's a great addition to the series! However, I think that another book or two is needed, about Annie and Strat... and maybe Flossie and Gianni? :)

This was a great book on time travel, romance, and adventure, and I'd recommend it for ages 12 and up. Be sure to read the others in the series, too - Both Sides of Time and Out of Time.

Summary: Everyone NEEDS to read this!
Review: This book is woderful! It shows the struggles of a wealthy 16 year old girl living in the late 1800's. Devonny is forced into a marriage with a snobby englishman that doesn't care for her at all, as long as she can make him rich. She is rescued by Tod Lockwood (Annie's brother) and brought through time to the late 90's. She is hoping to find her brother Strat their, but it turns out he is in Egypt! She sees how the women of our time provide for themselves. Finally, she understands she must go back to her own time to save her mother who is imprisoned it by her father. Many people think Annie and Strat should be in these books, but I find it just fine without them.

Summary: This "Time" was the best so far.
Review: "A Prisoner of Time" was much-much better than "For All Time" and surpassed "Both Sides Of Time," as well. This book had none stop action and was interesting. Todd could have been better developed, but that is my only complaint. I think Hiram Stratton, Sr., was shown to be a heartless human being better in this book than in the other two "Time" novels combined. I hope in the last book in this quad series, it will show why both Annie AND Todd were able to time travel - is it hereditary or just pure luck? I guess only *time* will tell...... I recommend.

Summary: "ROMEO AND JULIET, TIME TRAVELLERS!"
Review: Author Caroline Cooney's ingenious way of bringing lovers together across time sets the pace in this tale. The lovers are pursued by a possessive passionate evil suitor from the past. Cleverly written and should be adapted for a film.
