Summary: Anther Good Book by Cooney
Review: If you like books by Caroline B. Cooney you will like this book. Devonny, Strat's sister, is being forced to marry a guy from England. Time carries her to the present(present to us anyway). She has to get along with life in a different time. Tod Lockwood, Annie's brother was there to help her. In the end she goes back to her rightful time and marries who she was planned to marry in the first place. I liked this book but I missed Strat and Annie a lot!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: So good!
Review: I am in love with this book! You can really get to know the characters, and I relate to Todd pretty well. Devonny's a girl with spunk living in a time where women were put on earth to do what they were told and she's being dropped into a time period when insults are taken as jokes. Laughs in a can: just add water. It's romantic, too, without obsessing. And I like how the characters are just out to have fun. How many times have you used the auditorium for squirt gun fights?

Summary: A Keeper
Review: This was a neat book for all ages. I really think that If people of all ages enjoy books with just alittle romance confussed with alittle bit of suspense they would really like this book.
This book has already been told about and I don't want to spoil it for any of the other readers out there. Well, I really like this book and I know you will too!

Summary: "ROMEO AND JULIET, TIME TRAVELLERS!"
Review: Author Caroline Cooney's ingenious way of bringing lovers together across time sets the pace in this tale. The lovers are pursued by a possessive passionate evil suitor from the past. Cleverly written and should be adapted for a film.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Missing Characters
Review: I thight this book was better than BOTH SIDES OF TIME, but not as good as OUT OF TIME. I missed Annie and Strat, but I really really wish that Walker Walkly was in this book. It's god to read if you have read the other books in the series, and i only suggest it for that reason.

Summary: A great addition to the "time" series
Review: A Prisoner of Time was another great book in the "time" series by Cooney, and in my opinion, the best!

Devonny Stratton is disgusted when she finds that her wealthy, 1890's father is forcing her to marry the English Lord Windon. She's only sixteen, and she has already made plans for her life! And modern Todd Lockwood has never wanted to get involved with a girl, much less one from the last century. However, when Devonny needs help, it seems as if Todd is the answer to her prayers...

I loved this book, and I think it's a great addition to the series! However, I think that another book or two is needed, about Annie and Strat... and maybe Flossie and Gianni? :)

This was a great book on time travel, romance, and adventure, and I'd recommend it for ages 12 and up. Be sure to read the others in the series, too - Both Sides of Time and Out of Time.

Summary: Great end to a terriffic trilogy
Review: Despite what others say, I found Prisoner of time one of the best books in the trilogy. This one offered a change of pace- instead of someone stepping back in time, someone stepped forward. I liked having a change of main characters- Tod and Devonny- as well.

I really hope that this isn't the end of this series! Caroline B. Cooney has elaborated on this idea and makes it seem so real- sometimes I wonder if I'm going to fall back to 1900! A great end to a terriffic trilogy!

Summary: Is that the end?
Review: I read all three books in one weekend, they were all soogreat, yet, they never picked up where the other left off, whichwaskind of a disappointment. I could never put them down though. What happened to Strat and Annie, and why did Tod never say what he felt to Devoney? Is that really the ending? It left so much out, but it made me make up my own ending, which i enjoyed. I never read books, but she is the best author around. I enjoy all of these sequals she has.

Rating: 2 stars
Summary: No where near as good
Review: This Book was definetly not as good as the first two. I very much wanted to know what happened to Annie and Strat! I also think there was too much exaggeration, It made the dawn of the 20th centurey seem more like the Dark Ages.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Good, but sequels are never as good as originals...
Review: Tod and Devonny are a good couple, and Cooney once again spins her poetic, delightful tales of love and time and fate. "Prisoner" loses out to "Both Sides" and "Out" in many ways, however. I found it too short and brief, and focused too much on a concept different from the Time one explored in Annie and Strat's relationship. Speaking of Annie and Strat, I would have liked to have known the ending of Strat. All in all, a good read, but not great.
