Summary: Vivid is the word.
Review: First off, I'd like to say that this was a very dynamic book, one which I couldn't put down, but, there were some drawbacks:

1. The plot, to me, seemed indecisive, vivid, if you will. 2. The protagonist, Gaia, seems to be a bit misleading, when she "narrates" her story, often giving me the slip.

I really did like this book, but as with any book, it had its drawbacks. Yet, I still look forward to reading the next book in the series.

Review: I have read all 12 Fearless books & love them all. I am so totally hooked. I can't believe I have to wait till Jan 2001 for #13. But I will. This is probably 1 of the best series I have ever read. & I have read alot of books. You have to read them too. My book #1 has been passed on to 6 people in 3 months. & more & more people keep asking me if they can borrow it too. Trust if you pick up book #1 you'll be hooked to Fearless for the deration of this series. Francine Pascal has actually written a great series...

Review: I started from the begin, Fearless 1, and got hooked. I would read three of these books a day and now am up to Fearless 10,11, and 12. They are the most addictive thing I have ever read. More than recommended: prescribed.

Summary: Fearless
Review: The name of the book is Fearless. Its about a girl named Gia. Gia lives with her Aunt and Uncle in New York City. She was born without a fear gene. She has a black belt in karate and she could take care of herself in any situation. The book was very intriguging. I was always on the edge of my seat. The book was very detailed on how a girl was born without a fear gene. It was also very good becase other people can relate to her situation. What's also good about this book is that there is a sequel that will keep you on the edge of your seat.so go to your nearest book store and buy a copy of Fearless.

Summary: ok...could have been better
Review: I realy had high expectations of this book, but it was nothing like I'd expected. It seemed like all the same things happened over and over. It did get interesting at the end of the book, so I'll be reading the next one. I won't tell you any of the events that took place, because that'll be giving away the whole story. Get this from the library.

Summary: The Modern-day Hero
Review: First of all, this book is a very interesting suspensful book, no matter if you beleive it or not.But some things may not be realistic to some people .So it maybe not for everyone but..... It about a girl named Gaia(GUY-UH)who literaly doesn't have Fear. She wasn't born with the fear gene. Her CIA father used it to his advantage and trained the young prodigy into a lean mean attitude fighting machine. But his duty was called else where, and abandoned Gaia ( Her mother died)to live in NY with his old partner and his childish bimbo-acting wife(Or so what Gaia thinks of her!)Since she's fearless she loves to prowl the the streets and the park looking for someone to attack her, so she can beat them up and teach whoever a good lesson not mess with anyone. She's really not a machine though.Gaia still have teenage problems, such as her Never-Been-Kissed issue. So she let someone come through her armor as a friend. A handicapped guy named Ed. Also she let love come through ,by a very handsome guy named Sam. The problem is his girlfriend is very beautiful...and the be-yatch of the world, that Gaia can't tolerate. The first book of this series pulls you into this captivating story, which makes you want to know what will happen next? Also makes you wonder what WOULD it be like not to have fear like her?

Summary: What's it like to be Fearless?
Review: Gaia's not like other people. It's not the fact that's she's bitter, nor the fact that she refuses to let people in, it's not even the fact that she has a terrible past. It's the fact that she was born without the fear gene. And no matter what she can't fear anything. So when she goes to New York City, things get complicated. Weather it's muggers or the wheelchair bound Ed that could possibly be Gaia's only friend. And of course she finds a crush, but unofrtunatly he's not as single as she would like him to be. This is a great beginning to a great series! It's a big improvement to Pascal's usual books. I can't stand her Sweet Valley books anymore! It's like reading about Buffy, minus the vampires and the demons. Read this series!
