Review: The book was great! It had a lot of action. It really kept you in suspence. It didnt seem like the book was very long but probably because it was such a great book.

Ellie and her friends this time are smack in the middle of enemy territory, with only five against hundreds of armed soldiers. Their impossible escapes and journeys are hard to resist, and even newcomers to the series will find it compelling and packed with an irresistible blend of swift action and powerful characterization.

Review: The Tommorow When the War Began series is so engrossing that when you've read one of the six, you've got to keep going until you're counting the days 'til the final and seventh one comes out in the fall of '99. Burning for Revenge is just another edition of John Marsden's sensational series.

Summary: It only gets better
Review: This is the 5th book in the "Tomorrow Series" and it would have to be one of my favourite. Every sentence of the book had me on the edge of my chair with excitement. Again the gang of teenagers are in the Australian out back fighting the European colony. At the spur of the moment and with out realizing it, the gang ends up behind enemy lines and the only way out is to blast there way to the freedom of the bush, if that it possible. If you loved the first for books, then there is no doubt that you will love this one. As a teenager myself, I could relate to all of the characters in the books, and you can see how each teenager has evolved into a mature young adult. As the books progress in the series, each one gets more deep and meaningful, and definitely thrilling.

Review: this is the best series i have ever read. i am currently reading the other side of dawn and i am sad that i am almost finished. i have not found any books that are as great as these so i might as well just read them over and over again. i just hope there are other books as mesmerizing as these out there...

Summary: Latest in Tomorrow series unsatisfying
Review: This latest installment in the Tomorrow series by John Marsden lacks the same punch and energy that the first four books share. Though there is the action that readers of this series have come to expect and crave, it fizzles until the end. The plot of this new book is too comfortable. Despite this, I recommend fans of the series to continue with it. I know Marsden has a few tricks left up his sleeve even if he forgot about them for this episode.
