Summary: An alluring work of fiction that melts your heart
Review: This is the tale of Lanen Kaeler (the Wanderer). She leaves her home for the first time in search for the True Dragons (Kantri)and once leaving the safety of her home she goes through an adventure not easily forgotten. She travels to the Isle of the Dragons ,where no ship has returned for a 100 (?) years. And when she goes there she finds a friendship and a love that can never be broken even by death! This book has magic, dragons, a little bit of action, and has that good and evil thing going for it. When she begins her journey you are then sucked into the book and you find yourself not able to put it down! THIS SERIOUSLY IS A GOOD BOOK TO READ!

Summary: Wonderful start to a series
Review: I enjoyed this book immensely. Kerner has given readers yet another way to see dragons; not as wise, superior elders; silly, overlarge bumblers; or greedy, cruel enemies of humanity. They are mere mortals(albeit with much longer life spans) and are just as human(sorry) as the rest of us. Okay, so some people think the plot is implausible . Well guess what? You're reading a FANTASY novel, of course it's implausible! I think that Kerner explains and fits everything with amazing ease into the world she has created for us. Her writing style still has a little ways to go, and she could develop things a touch better, but those are both skills that come with time and practice. Have patience, o you skeptics, and give her another chance when she puts out a sequel.

Summary: What a snoozer!
Review: Sheer force of will got me throught the first 100 pages. After that it got moderately interesting. It reads like an eleven-year old trying out a role-playing game for the first time. If you want to read about dragons, try Anne McCaffrey. This one will put you to sleep!

Summary: So many emotions!!
Review: In this book you go through all of the emotions and you go through the emotions with the characters. I really enjoyed this book. If you like independent women and enjoy a good fantasy story read this. Lanen wants to journey out on her own and when she does she gets everything that her heart could desire even a husband.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Beautiful writing!!!!!!
Review: This book is one of the best I've ever read! The characters are unique, and the love between a human and a dragon is a new idea! Who cares if it was unrealistic, this is FANTASY we're dealing with, but this is a great book, you MUST READ IT
