Summary: Luv at 15
Review: A 1950's novel by popular YA author Beverly Cleary which while a tiny bit daggy is also a page turner.Cleary took a very simple situation....a 15 year old girl gets her first boyfriend...and turns it into a long and extremely interesting story.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Fifteen will make you think!
Review: In Fifteen, by Beverly Cleary, Jane is a nobody. But things soon turn around when Stan, one of the most popular boys in school decides he likes Jane Purdy. Jane Purdy is soooo happy, and before you know it, they're going steady! This book takes place in the 1950s, and it could teach you a lot of things! It is a lot different than any book I've read. But, it is different in a good way. This book is for mostly girls 12 years or older. I would reccomend it to all of my friends!

Summary: Fifteen
Review: I read this book as a young girl over and over. It was my all-time favorite. I lost it in a move and now my niece is nearing the age to begin reading books like this and I decided to check Amazon.com and see if it's still available. A PERFECT book for those young girls in your life.

Summary: Life is Hard When Your Fifteen
Review: What a great book! Fifteen is one of those books that any teenage girl can relate to. Themes found in this book, like love, insecurity, and friendship are really connected to our own lives. Description and details are overflowing in the fascinating book.
This story is about an average teenage girl named Jane who live in an average neighborhood.
This heart-warming story is suitable for all teenagers. Once you start reading you can't stop! The author was able to catch the feeling sounds, and smells of girl's first date.
Self-esteem and kindness are also spoken of through out the story. After reading this book I felt like Jane. Her wishes and reams seemed to be connected with mine. All I wanted was my own Stan so that I could be "Stan's Girl"

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Realistically Romantic Book
Review: It's almost like real life. Jane and Stan are both madly in love, but not everything goes perfect. Both Stan and Jane learn alot in this book, like how to solve things by talking to each other, which I know is very hard by just talking to my family (let alone a boy). I recommend this book and hope you enjoy it.

Summary: One of Beverly Cleary's best!!
Review: This was the first book I've ever read of Beverly Cleary's. I have to say it was one of the best books I've ever read, seccond only to Harper Lee's To Kill a Mockingbird.

It's of a girl named Jane Purdy, and average American girl in the 1950's who meets a new boy, and falls in love...

Summary: Fifteen
Review: I grabbed this book from my school library, five minutes before school was supposed to start. I sat there making fun of the cover. (It was really 50's. The one with the girl and the boy on it)
When I opened the book and started to read, it shocked me. I actually thought it was quite cute. It is like a romantic book, without all the romance. I think that Stan sounded like a very nice guy, a guy that would be worth dreaming about.
I would recommend this to anyone that wanted an easy read. Me, being a 14 year old girl, though it was a sweet story.

Summary: The 1950's
Review: I just finished reading an original copy of this book from 1956. The story made me nostalgiac, even though I never lived through the 50's. The story tells all about the popular malt shop, the perfect high school and old-fashioned dating. Getting to read this book is a great way to learn about the 50's and I recommend this!

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Good book for Young Girls
Review: This book is good for young girls who have yet to experience first love. It provides a clean, innocent look at first love. "Fifteen" is the story of a young Jane Purdy, who has little dating experience, and a young Stan Krandall, who it seems like to Jane, is much more experienced and confident about dating than she is. The story tells about Jane's fifteenth summer, and how, during that summer, she becomes more confident in herself, and learns a lot about love. The book never really has a real "problem," but it is a fun read, that will make you feel excited about falling in love.

Summary: A Great Book To Read
Review: This is a great book that made me read for hours a day. I normily finish reading a book in like 3 weeks but with this book, I finished in 4 days. It's about this girl named Jane who wants to meat a boy and be in the cool group, but ends up doing something she needed to do for herself. This is a great book for all ages and for allmost any tipe of reader. If you want to read this book and be amazed, buy it!
