Rating: Summary: This series was the first that I read of L. J. Smith. Review: This was the first series that I read of Lisa Jane Smith. And ever since then I've read her books. The Vampire Diaries is one of her best series. It has a good mix of everyday teenager life, vampires life, and the mystery of their love. I recommend teenagers who like stories about the super natural to look into her books. Their great for the imgaination, and you won't be able to put it down.
Rating: Summary: Highly underrated... Review: Those who lambaste and flame this series can say nothing more intelligent than "it's for teeny-boppers" or "it's wanna-be goth". As a teenager and a friend to many goths, I can say clearly that it is neither. Even after reading all of the books, I still bought all four of them to add to my own collection. They're haunting, passionate, full of romance and pathos; they show you a side to the so-called 'beautiful people' that makes them more human and displays their faults as well as their hidden weaknesses, then opens them up and pours out their very essence for the reader to peruse.
Rating: Summary: A book that makes you stand up and look at it. Review: Well, the fair Elena is back in The Struggle with her exchange student boyfriend, Stefan Salvatore. I was caught up in the action of Damon and Stefan fighting to capture Elena's love. And I'm not mocking the book! Caroline, Elena's ex-friend, wants revenge on Elena and won't stop on the circumstances of their could-have-been friendship. A well-written book that will catch your attention from beginning to end. I promise it
