Rating: Summary: Unsettling Ending, but a book worth reading Review: As some stated, this book didn't really deserve to be a thriller/super edition until it got to the end scene. The plot was played out in an acceptable manner, but it still needed a little work. As for the ending,Elizabeth going off to London is really just random. What would the story be like then when Liz doesn't talk to Jess anymore? And what would Liz do when she gets to London anyway? As for the comments on Nick and Isabella coming back,it would make a great story. Like another reviewer said,"It's too soon." All in all,I give this book 4 stars for an overall tally.
Rating: Summary: Ok, everyone! This is what I think!! Review: Elizabeth: shouldn't have run off to London to solve a problem, though I understand exactly why she is so angry, and the new series is enjoyable.Jessica: Needs to stop being so . . . Jessica! We might have thought that she wasn't Jess-like anymore, but she is because she had the audacity to think of such a scheme, and she might have lost Liz, though I understand why she did it - SAM IS A CHEATER!! Sam: Well, I'm sorry to say it, but he's just not the guy for Liz, obviously. Anyone that would just write "sorry" and that's all in an e-mail is not worth it! Tyler: had every right to be mad at Jess, though maybe he might have understood where she was coming from a bit more if he had been a little more, um, open. Yes, that's what I think, but to form your own opinions, you'll have to read this book! By the way, question: Does anyone want Nick Fox, Isabella Ricci, and Winston Egbert back in the series, along with an explanation of how Nick faked his death? Just thought I might ask . . .hehe! Enjoy SVU!
Rating: Summary: Not the Best Review: First of all this book doesn't get exciting until near the end of the book. I can't believe that the author paired Elizabeth and Sam up in the first place. I think that Elizabeth and Tom were the best couple, and that they should get back together. Also in this book, Elizabeth mostly acts very needy and it is very annoying, what happened to the Elizabeth that was independent, and didn't depend on a guy? Jessica starts to act in some ways like her old self again in this book. I hope that Junior year of this series will be more exciting, and less with the hysterics.
Rating: Summary: fantastic + dramatic Review: Francine Pascal did such a great job on the first 40 or so books, but after she made it clear that Elizabeth and Tom were over that is when she messed up. I enjoyed reading about Elizabeth and Tom's relationship because it related to my own. I don't like many of the new characters that Ms. Pascal has introduced. I belive if something isn't broken than why fix it? Although I still enjoy her books and think that they are a realistic to a point, the main point is that: she messed up when she broke up Tom and Elizabeth. End of discussion.

Rating: Summary: Same old thing Review: I am 25 years old, and have been reading Sweet Valley since they first came out in 1983/84. I am still addicted to them, I admit it, though I have to say, the University series of books is beginning to grow very stale. Perhaps I have finally grown past them, and am having a hard time relating to them since I'm now 6 years older than the twins. Also, I think I'm just of a different generation, and enjoy the early High School series much more, since it's the era in which I grew up. I am just getting so tired of Elizabeth and the "will she finally lose her virginity" question, and Jessica and her attempts to help people which backfire. It happened with Todd Wilkins, Tom Watts, Finn Robinson, and now Sam. The scary thing is, even though I'm not enjoying the series like I used to, I will still probably read faithfully every month for a while longer. I swear, I know more about the lives of the Wakefield twins than my own:-) And I have to know, is there anyone out there in their twenties like me who grew up on Sweet Valley and can't give it up? Let me know, cause I'm curious if I'm the only one who can't grow up:-)
Rating: Summary: Thank God Some People Agree With ME! Review: I am so glad there are other people who miss Nick Fox. I was really surprised when the author decided to kill him out of the series. He and Jess were the best couple and i really wished he would have stuck around. I haven't read this book, infact i stopped reading Sweet Valley University after Your Not Sister so i really have no idea who Sam or Neil are, but i was happy when I read the reviews of other people that said the author should bring back Nick Fox.
Rating: Summary: Interesting Review: I thought this book was enjoyable but not as good as Francine Pascal's other books. For one thing they didn't give Jessica, my favorite character, a boyfriend when even though she was taking a hiatus from men, deserves one who is like Nick Fox or should be Nick Fox. She should also tell Neil about her past more because he told he. Elizabeth's boyfriend and Jessica have an interesting relationship.
Rating: Summary: That's what i was thinking throughout the entire book! Review: I wish Nick Fox would come back! and Isabella Ricci. I didn't really think the book deserved to be a thriller or super edition until the very end, things got so unbelievable! What is going to happen? I can't wait until the next book comes out!
Rating: Summary: Could Have Been Better Review: In my opinion this book didn't get exciting until near the end. As the other reviwers mentioned, I would like to see Jessica and Nick back together, they were the perfect couple, and Nick really understood Jessica. I would also like to see Elizabeth and Tom back together, they were aboustly great together, and I can't believe that the author wrote him out of the series. Bring back Tom Watts. I hate to say this but the University series is getting to the point where the same old storylines keep repeating themselves, and there hardly seems to be any excitment or interesting storylines for the characters. What Jessica does in this book wasn't right, and Sam was acting like a pig. I have a suggestion though for future series in the University books, since Elizabeth is good at everything, why not have her struggle with a class for a change, or another character? Also I would like to see more realistic college storylines.
