Summary: Interesting, but very predictable
Review: In 'Second Sight' one of the trio of witches-in-training -Cooper, is getting strange visions of a young girl who has been gone for several days and is presumed dead. Gradually the visions become more and more powerful and painful, and not only does she and her friends track down the body, but take it upon themselves to find the murderer.
The beginning of the book is promising, but trails off about half-way through to a rather ridiculous conclusion. Anyone who doesn't guess who the killer is should be deeply, deeply ashamed of themselves, and I was bothered by the portrayal of Cooper's classmates on hearing of their fellow classmate's disappearence -rumours were flying, stories were being made up and people were pretending to be her friend even when they'd never known her. To me, this is not a realistic senario, for even though some people might act like this, the author makes it seem like everyone who is not Wiccan is automatically shallow, self-absorbed and gossipy. Another un-necessary stereo-type is that of Amanda Barclay the obnoxious reporter, and the young girl's death is treated merely as a plot device - there is no real reflection on the tragic event.
However, as I said, some bits are interesing - I liked the way that Cooper tasted an oil-covered rag in her mouth when-ever she came close to the scene of the crime, and even though this book didn't do much to me, it's re-readable for other fans of this series.

Summary: Wow a great boodk
Review: This book was a great book. I love how Isobel Bird is starting to show how each one of the girls has there own specialty. It just helps ecentuat the fact that they are three completly different people. In the first two they are really only focusing on Kate and putting a little bit of info on the others. What I think that author is trying to do is to let us into each of the girls worlds. Since they all have different opinions and view point she want's us to get to know the characters better and understand where they are coming from. Over all this book was fantastic and I have read it over and over again. I love the books that I do have and am looking forward to reading the rest when they come out or whenever I get them. As to those people that have read this book and say that it is a plotless book you are just not looking hard enough. They introduce a new character and they have one of the characters help solve a murder case. It it is not plotless at all.

Summary: Wonderful Mystery, Great Plot...
Review: This book was really interesting, my favorite of the three I read. I stopped reading the series after the third book because, well, there are just too many too keep track of! Plus, the first two books and the begining of the third are just... boring. The plot is about how a girl named Elizabeth dissapears one night, and Cooper starts getting weird dreams about her and where she might be. Cooper, in turn, takes it upon herself to find the missing teenager. Can Cooper find her? If she does- will she still be alive an undamaged? Read the book to find out (...)

Summary: I LOVE SECOND SIGHT!!
Review: This was my favorite of the Circle of Three serise. I like the way Cooper tries so hard to help someone shes never meet. Espachaly when the person is the way Elizabith Zanger is. What I liked most is even thoe all the emmothines Elizabith had was affecting Cooper she never gave up. When she had to savew Annie she proved to be braver then even she knew. She all so found out her anger is part of her strangth. This is the ultamit must read for any fantacy and Wicca fan. You won't be abule to put it down I know I couldn't.

When she and a few of her coven friends follow her visions, they lead to something terrifying. Can Cooper figure out who killed Elizabeth?
