Summary: Its a quick read, but it lacks a theme.
Review: This book was a easy read. But there was no theme whatsoever in this book. There where three stages in the book doing and thinking about the same thing(Sex more than any meaningful relationship) as children, adolscent and Adult. The charactes depicted are not unique and we have come across them in several other books and movies.

Summary: An enjoyable read
Review: I bought this book in an airport bookstore before the departure of my flight, and had finished it by the time I landed at my final destination. I couldn't put it down! I thoroughly enjoyed it. It comes highly recommended.

Summary: Total trash and not that great
Review: I was hoping for something where the characters had even a shred of the depth and realism that they do in her books for teenagers. I was SOOO disappointed. This could have been a Cosmo mini-series.

Summary: Excellent, Best Book Yet
Review: I am 15 years old and I liked this book very much. I own the hardcover copy because I couldn't wait a year for softcover to come out. The ending was sort of predictable but not really. You could kind of tell though. Overall it's another great book by Judy Blume.

Summary: Excellent Reading
Review: I too have read many of Judy Blume's books as a child and was so excited to see her latest book "Summer Sisters" on the stands. If I could only use one word to describe this book I would have to say FABULOUS!!! The character's were so real and easy to relate to and the best part was how it took me back in time to my relationship with my summer sister. I have to agree with some of the other reader's about the ending, a few more pages would have been better; however, that could be because I didn't want it to end. Read it - you'll love it!!!!

Summary: Stays with you for days!
Review: Excellent book. Couldn't set it down. I cried for 2 days when I finished it!

Summary: An Absoultly Excellent Book!
Review: I enjoy this book very much. Although this book is extreamly graphic it is a good book. It is really sexy. I read it at the same time as my mom and we shared our thoughts on it. She too enjoyed it.

Summary: These sisters "ain't no nuns"! This book is terrific!
Review: I enjoyed reading Judy Blume's book, Summer Sisters. The characters were very realistic and I felt as though I knew them as I was reading. I think I went through all of the basic feelings - laughing, sadness, excitement, feeling sexy,...it was often hard to put the book down! I am sharing the book with my real sister and I miss Vix and Caitlin.

Summary: A Great Book!
Review: Summer Sisters a good read. I'm almost done. Yes, I too can see the ending but who cares! It does what it is supposed to, entertain

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: I would have to say "Great"
Review: I really enjoyed this book from beginning to end. Although it takes a few unexpected turns. There is a real-ness to the story, I am sure some people can relate too.
