Rating: Summary: A great book that is very quick to get through Review: I loved this book. It only took me 3.5 days to read it, around my work schedule. I've read other Judy Blume books, in the past, and I've enjoyed those, too. The only reason why I didn't give this book 5 stars was because I was disappointed with the ending. I felt that it should have been different. Otherwise, I definitely recommend this book, which deals with the many feelings and situations that people encounter both through life and with their close friends and family. This book also left me wanting to visit Martha's Vineyard.
Rating: Summary: chicken soup for the teenage soul Review: This book is great. I wish every Filipino read this book, and the rest of the world.
Rating: Summary: Summer Sisters Review: I thought this book was an excellent portrayel of how a bond can be formed between two opposite people, and how once you've found a person you connect with, you should never let that person slip away. it also deals with the trials and tribulations that all teenagers go through when growing up.
Rating: Summary: Number 1 Review: This book was the greatest most interesting book I've ever read. The characters were so realistic and I loved Vix. The tightness between Catilian and Vix wasn't really what you would call a fair friendship. Catlian living her life as interesting, finding out that she's living a lie. No one knows when she's telling the truth with her exotic ways. Vix with her normal goal oriented life and looking for the best situation. I rushed home from school everyday just to pick up this book, it was long but took only a few days to read. It makes me think that there isn't any other book as good out there.
Rating: Summary: This book was awesome Review: This book was awesome. Nothing else has to be said
Rating: Summary: Are You There God, It's Me Victoria? Review: I found myself captivated by the tale of these two best friends. I was drawn in to the lives of these characters the same way I was drawn into Margaret's life almost twenty years ago.
Rating: Summary: a breze threw book Review: This book was very easy to read becuase of the short chapters and the 1/2 page thoughts that the carachters would have things that woudl tie the whole book together. This is book is hard to explain you got ot read it to belive it, trust me each 400 pages are incredible.
Rating: Summary: Disappointing... Review: When I heard that this book was out, I can't wait to get it. But when I started to read this book, I found that it was disappointing. I have been reading Judy Blume's books since I was in Primary School (That's grade school for some of you), I still think that the books written by her for the younger readers are much more satisfying.
Rating: Summary: A great book for women, especially teenagers Review: I love this book. Easy to read, just flow and so understanding of women's changing growth. It gives you an insight of two different girls ,from different backgrounds. How they think and how they act with their different backgrounds. It could be anybody, anywhere in this world. One of the best fiction I've read for sometime, and I highly recommend it, cause it's quiet entertaining while you read it.
Rating: Summary: GREAT BOOK! Review: I loved this book. I am still thinking about the book weeks after I have read it. I strongly urge you to read this.
