Summary: Can't wait to get to college!
Review: This book is all about all the great opportunities in college, and with the variety of student perspectives, I cannot wait to get to school in a month and find out everything my school has to offer beyond all the books (which I know are still important, Mom, don't worry). Thank you, Michael Yank!

Summary: Get More Out of College!
Review: This book really showed me the light beyond the tunnel of endless college reading - not only should I get out there, but there are so many things to do and ways to explore all of my interests. The essays and interviews with students are excellent and rounded, covering a great variety of topics from barbeque clubs to radio to dance to acapella. Next semester I am going to be a fearless student, but I wish I had this book back in high school - it would've helped me get ready for school!

Summary: Passionate Freshman's Guide to College
Review: What a fantastic book! My father bought this book for me over the summer before my freshman year and I've read it from time to time during this fall, especially when I felt slightly lost (which was quite often). Not only do the chapters really get you thinking about how to get involved and get out of your room, but the students' own essays and interviews (I am now becoming a radio DJ because of one of the essays) are excellent, giving you a sense of what's out there, how to explore it all, and even how to start your own organization.
