Review: When I read this in the sixth grade, it was so captivating that I had dreams about it and its characters. Call me a freak, but I was so pulled in by it that I had to stop reading it, frightened by what it might do to me. Hey, I was 11. Give me a break.

I envy children who have the opportunity to pick up this book and experience that feeling.
