Review: ...unfortunetly i am still waiting for #3 & #4. At first i thought Elena was a first class snob, but then I got drawn into her personality and i really liked her in the end. It is such a powerful mixture of horror, romance, and every day life that it almost makes me cry.

Review: This was one of the best books I've ever read, and I loved the whole series. Elena was awesome, Bonnie was so cute, Meredith was so mysterious, Matt was so All-American, and as for Stefan and Damon, oh boy. I love them! For some reason especially Damon. I think that Meredith and Damon should have gotten together. Maybe they still will, hint, hint Lisa Jane. This series has to be continued, beacause the only thing wrong with it is that it ended at a place where it should have been beginning again! Oh, and if you loved this series, you have to read the Night World books, also by L.J. Smith.

Review: I am embarrassed to say how many times I have actually read this whole series. It must be more than 10 or 11. I'm telling you right now that they are captivating. All four. Intriguing, really. READ THEM. It won't hurt you. Other books L.J. Smith has written that I highly recommend: The Secret Circle. Almost better than The Vampire Diaries. It just depends whether you like vampires or witches. You pick

Summary: Well written thriller by Smith, but not the greatest
Review: I really enjoyed this book, but she (L.J. Smith) could have done better. My friend told me how great it was, and how she couldn't put it down, but it wasn't that exciting. She had some great things in this book, like the triangle of characters. It just didn't really grip me. I will continue the rest of the series, though. It could get better!

Review: I though this book was good. I started out with the Fury and I knew i have to get my hands on the other books. Even since then, I started trying to find books by L. J. Smith but some of her books were out of stock. Anyway, I'm glad the publishers re-print the Vampire Series book. And I suggest if you people have never read it, you should!!!

Review: I loved this book! i could not keep it down! I read all four because it was just so good i had to learn more about what would happen to Elena Stefan and Damon,. I love how she described Damon and Stefan!!! i want to meet a guy sortof the mixure of both of them! i think the end of the last book shouldn't be a last it seems more like a great begining a think she should make a fifth and a sixth and so on i loved it everyone that i told about this book r diein to read this! Review: This is the first of four books in the Vamipire Diaries series. Once you start this book you will not be able to stop until you've finished the last book. I recommemd you locate all four books before begining.Because like I said you are not going to want to stop. If you like books that are scary, suspensful, and yet full of romance, this book is for you.
