Rating: Summary: Wonderful Review: Another wonderful addition to this very popular series. I am completely hooked as well. I read this series before it was titled making out, back when the cover had grafiti spray-paint on it. only one problem, it stopped at 8, "Aisha Goes Wild". you all know how that ends. Well, that was the last book. how infuriating, I was happily surprised, while during my recent scouring of the teen section of my local bookstore, when i thumbed across number 9. I was exstatic. It obviously didnt stop there, I only have one thing to say, keep writing, and dont leave us hanging again!
Rating: Summary: who loves kate? Review: I have read almost the whole series an dhave found the books both interesting and real. I especially liked the way Nina and her abuse situation was handled. This book was slightly dissapointing but I can assure you the series does get better. Nina needs to stop being such a pushover and ben a jerk which does happen. Being a teen my self I have found the series to be very real and acurate. I was dissapointed when the series ended and wish katherine would right some more. I encourage anyone to read from the beginning as it is a very good series.
Rating: Summary: the most disappointing book of the series Review: I have read several of the books in the making out series and this is the worst. In the past I was unable to put them down like with "ben takes a chance" but this is very slow. I am very sick of Ben being a jerkoff but worse I am sick of Nina being a push over. She should tell him to kiss off!! I think katherine applegate needs to find some new inspiration. I am hoping the next one is somewhat better!!
Rating: Summary: The vacation from hades Review: I kind of feel sorry for Zoey. So far, none of her ideas have really panned out. The party ended in disaster and this vacation is turmoil. Well, except for Aisha running into christopher. Claire and Benjamin are mad foul. I have not really been crazy about Claire from the beginning; however, I really don't like her now. She has no right to ruin her fathers life, because someone else complicated hers. She needs to take it out on Aaron not her father and Sarah. I really hope to see Jake and Kate hook up. I really am starting to like Jake. As for Lara, I have absolutely nothing to say about Lara. She doesn't deserve any pity. She has no common respect for other people. Quite frankly, I do not blame Jake for not wanting to be bothered with her. If she wants to continue messing up her life, then she has to do that by herself.

Rating: Summary: I am HOOKED to this series! Review: In this book, the teens go to Miami for spring break. (Zoey's idea, of course.) By the end of the book....Lara is still chasing after Jake, even though he is trying to escape her (btw, she slept with Tad Crowley); Lucas and (the sunburnt) Zoey have some little fight about Kate (as always); Kate is having fun; Aisha is spending the night with Christopher (he's back in the series for the moment....); Claire is trying to split up her parents, and escape Aaron, who followed them to Miami; and Nina is in her room crying because Benjamin is being a dumb***. He used to be my favorite character, but now he's acting so mean to everyone. I still like Nina, but I feel so sorry for her. As for Aaron and Claire, I think they will end up together. I honestly don't really think that Claire's plan to split up her & Aaron's parents won't work. Now....someone e-mail me and tell me how I can get "Lara Gets Even", "Two-Timing Aisha", and "Zoey Speaks Out" AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!!
Rating: Summary: stop saying this is real life Review: o gzzz give me a break the people that write these series keep saying how much they love these books because they are so real and really happen. who in their right mind really does the things that actually happen in this book, nobody is stupid enough to sleep with their best friends boyfriend and so on . and yes i have read some of these books and they were good at first but know they are too fake. katherine applegate needs some new inspiration maybe she needs to spend some time with a real teen to find out what really does happen and maybe than she wouldnt keep saying that they are such real books.
Rating: Summary: I'm helplessly hooked too. Review: This book was great.. another awesome addition to this series. The cliffhangers are deadly, but that's what helps make them so cool. On the cover of this book, shouldn't it be Kate? Even though its called "Who Loves Kate?", the girl on the front (and back) have black hair and look nothing like Kate on "Don't Tell Zoey". Who is this? and if it's not Kate, then why is she on there?
Rating: Summary: Finally! A book that sounds like it's about REAL teenagers! Review: This book was really great, I can't wait 'til the next one comes out. That thing about Nina at the end especially has me on a cliff. My only gribes? What the *** is wrong with certain male charecters(hint: Benjimin& Jake)? Ben is acting like a complete jerk, and Jake is well...clueless to put it mildly. And why can't Lara give up on Jake? Is he really that great a catch? And am I the only one that wants to reach out and slap Zoey every time the "sex" talk with or about Lucas comes up? I mean, do we really want to hear about it five times a book? I don't think so. It's nice she has standards and conviction, but it's kinda being taken to a sickening and annoyingly old point. The book really did rock though. The plots are like a soap opera, so when life sucks, you can sit down and read it and think"I guess I don't have it that bad". It's a great read for study hall or a long trip. My advice to the author: KEEP 'UM COMING!!!
