Summary: Live in the Book while you're reading
Review: This book will totally consume you while you're reading it! My girlfriend borrowed mine and planned to casually read when she had the time. She started reading one afternoon and did not stop until she was finished! She too had laughed and cried throughout the book. The ending has been debated by family and friends. You'll have to read it to see what you think the outcome is..... I love Nicholas Sparks! I haven't read one that I didn't enjoy.

Summary: Awesome!!!!!
Review: Ok let me get straight to it! This book was AWESOME! I do not like to read books and when I started reading it I could not stop! Nicholas Sparks is a fantastic author and his books are fantastic too! You can learn so much from this book! It teaches you how not to judge people by the way they look, you really need to get to know them! Take Jamie Sullivan (i can't spell) noone would talk to her because she was uncool! All they needed to do was give her a chance! I think EVERYONE needs to read this book! It it awesome and you will learn alot from it:)

Summary: A moving and entertaining novel
Review: Landon Carter's life changes forever when he's only 17. Though he's 57 now he can remember those days as if it were only yesterday. Because when he was 17 he fell in love with the girl he never thought he would even like. When he signs up for the drama class in school, he sees it only as a way to have an easy class and a good nap. Jamie, the girl that everyone makes fun of for her sweet attitude and numerous charity works, is also in this class. When Landon is in need for a date to the school dance, he finds that Jamie is the only one he can ask. Jamie accepts but she makes him promise one thing, not to fall in love with her. Landon laughs it off and accepts this promise but he soon finds himself breaking it. Over the next few months, as Jamie brings out the best in him and helps him grow up. For the first time in his life he's in love and wants nothing more than to be with her. But when something threatens that love, will they be able to stay together?

Though I'm not usually into the romance genre I found this book to be an exception. This book was well written with an almost simplistic style that will make you want to read it in one sitting. It was hard to put down. I only wish it were longer. Jamie and Landon are wonderful characters that will make you laugh and cry. My only complaint is parts of it were... a bit unrealistic. I won't say which to spoil the ending. Though the ending is sad this will be a book that you'll love. I recommend this to people who are fans of a sad but moving book.

Summary: Best Book!
Review: I have to say this is probably one of the best books have a read! I had a book report to do for my English class and I had a completly different book picked out... I was ready to leave until I came across this book.. I read the back of the book and I knew this was going to be a good one. There has never been a time when I couldn't put a book down, but this one was different... by the time I got to Chapter 9 I read until the end in one sitting and I do have to agree when he says "first you will smile, then you will cry" That is true! This was a touching book.. I loved every bit of it.. I even gave it to my freind to read and she ended up buying it for her sister to read! We can't wait to go see the movie this coming Friday! This is definatly a must read book!

Summary: Excellent!!!
Review: Hey guys-
This book was absolutely extravagant! I could not ask for a better book to sit down by a fire and read. Most of my friends know that I am into books, you wouldnt know it by my personality, because Im outgoing, but I love good books, and often review them. This book was one of the best thatIve read. This book has to do with a young man, who knows this girl for basically his life, and never really saw her.
When he finally realizes that shes not just the girl he used to know, but much more, sparks begin to fly.. but will the love stand through what the girl has to tell him? I suggest that you try the book, its a tearjerker, but its a good one.

Summary: "First you will smile, then you will cry"
Review: While reading the introduction, Mr. Sparks writes, "First you will smile, then you will cry. Don't say you weren't warned." I read that with the idea that the book was happy, then sad, but I never cry reading books, I'm just not that kind of person. But as i approached the end of the book (about three days into it), I found tears in my eyes. The story is sad, but yet the ending is happy. This was one of the best books I have ever read.

Summary: What a wonderfully touching story!
Review: This is a charming, well-written story of a young man and the evolution of his perspective. I laughed, I got a little teary,I loved it. Very sweet!

Summary: A walk to forget
Review: If the author used the term, "to tell you the truth" one more time...This book was terrible. The characters were so one dimensional, the plot was vague, and the vocabulary and wording was at the middle school level, at most. This story probably could have been developed into a decent book had the author (or another author) taken more time with this. The book sounds as if it was "banged out" in an evening or two; like a rush job that was done to satisfy a contract with the publishers! Don't read this unless you have not a thing to do, or it is the only book you have with you while stranded on a desert island!
