Summary: Delightfully Sweet
Review: A Walk to Remember is the best book I have ever read in my entire life!! Nicholas Sparks is an absolutely a delightful author, mixing the age- old story of 'rich boy meets poor girl' with the 1950's backdrop. It's wonderfully sweet. The plot is very simple; Every year, Landon Carter remembers the girl he met in high school that changed his life forever. It's so a beautiful book about how true love conquers all.

Summary: Not Nicholas Sparks's best work
Review: This book didn't resonate with me the way Sparks's other books did. Although it was sad, the characters didn't touch me enough to make me cry. After reading Message in a Bottle I was really eager to watch the movie when it came out. I have absolutely no interest in seeing A Walk to Remember - The Movie.

Summary: So what if it's a "chick book"?
Review: After hearing about the movie, i talked with a few friends and decided to read the book before watching the movie. Keeping an open mind as to the nature of the story, I wasn't sure what to expect because the story was labeled as a "chick book." After reading the first chapter, i couldn't put it down. The story was great, and i enjoyed Nicholas Sparks' humor inserted all throughout the novel. A great read, funny, sentimental, and dramatic all rolled into one. I recommend it without reserve.

Summary: A Wonderful Story About Love and Life
Review: In the eyes of a seventeen year old.. this book was a wonderful story to read. Once I started reading I couldn't put it down! It was so touching to read a story about love and life that taught such an important lesson in life! It really shows that teenage love really can be true! I would recommend this book to anyone who just wants to read a good book.

Summary: A Beautiful Book
Review: I am actually 13 but that doesn't really matter. This book is one of my favorites. I came to read it after seeing the previews for the new movie opening January 25 A Walk To Remember starring Mandy Moore and Shane West. For some reason the preview captured my attention and I saw that it was a book. Immediately I went to the store and bought the book. I began to read and fell in love with the story. It is a truly beautifully written book.
The whole book is great but it is not until you get into the book that it becomes glued to your hands so that you are unable to put it down. This book teaches that love is strong and that people are not always what they seem. This book tests all your emotions, you will laugh and cry and love. I am now anxioulsy awaiting the movie coming to theaters. Since reading this book I have now become more enthusiastic about reading and am now reading constantly. I say if you are looking for a book to read give A Walk To Remember a definete try!!

Summary: An Unbelievebly beautiful story
Review: The best book I've ever read, A Walk To Remember is truly a remarkable story of how true love can conqueur all. I've never cried so much. Nichalas Sparks is a great writer that keeps you turning the pages in this great love story. Landon a somewhat popular young man with many problems in his life falls in love with the school outcast and ministers daughter, Jamie Sullivan. As they become friends they begin to fall in love. They learn more about each other everyday that they are togeter. Then tragedy strikes when Landon finds out that his Jamie is ill. Together they stay until the end as they learn that Miracles can happen. This book unlike most cheesy love stories gives you hope and understanding as to why things happen the way they do.

Summary: Marvelous!!
Review: Wow. That's all I can say about this amazing book. I had plans to see the movie the day it came out, and due to the fact that I'm insane, I thought, hey, why not read the book first. So I got a copy and started reading immediatley. It took my a VERY short amount of time to finish it, and as I read the last page I felt the tears spilling over. And then I read the last line. If you want to know what I mean by that then you'll just have to read the book. It's "MARVELOUS." (You'll get that when you read it.)
