Summary: A Walk to Remeber
Review: This is one of my favorite books. I've read it 2 times already but I intend to read it many many more times. The tragic love story was awsome. By the time I finished reading it I couldn't stop crying. I give it five stars I sawit in the theaters 3 times. I intend to get it on DVD and VHS for the special features. For the people that thought it was a bad movie I think they are crazy. It is the best book and movie I've ever seen.

Summary: Winner
Review: "A Walk to Remember" easily became my favorite of the Nicholas Sparks list of published works. If you have not read this author's works, grab a box of tissue, get comfortable and prepare for an emotional train ride. No one can take you from laughter to tears as quickly as Sparks.

Summary: SO GOOD!
Review: This is such a great book! If you love Lurlene McDaniel, or just need a romantic, heart wrenching read, you just have to read this book! It is soooo good. After you read this book, you should see the movie. They are very much different, but they both have the same meaning. I loved this book, I love the cd, and I love the movie.
It is about this girl named Jamie who is a "good" little church girl, who carries around her Bible everywhere and wears plain clothes. It is about Landon, who falls in love with her despite all the "weird" things she does and believes in. It is just a bittersweet, clean, teen love story and I recommend it to anyone. Nicholas Sparks shows yet again what a great writer he can be. :D

Summary: True Love
Review: Tender, idealistic, caring, moving.... This is a special love story, one that makes an impression, one that is different than most others.

If you are looking for a refreshing story about love, goodness and true commitment, I would recommend this one.

It helped restore my faith in wholesome relationships! Recommend highly!

Summary: A review from a 21 year old male...
Review: A friend of mine got me into reading Nicholas Spark's books about a year ago and I found myself a little embarrassed taking them to classes with me to read in between lectures, as they are mostly geared towards women, but I still enjoy them.

I found this one to be my favorite so far (Compared to the Notebook and Message in a Bottle). It is a different touch for Sparks as he usually writes about adults. I will not review what the book was about, as I'm sure there have been plenty of reviews you can check out that have, but I will say the book was absolutely wonderful. Yes, it is very cheesy and cliche-ish, but, it reminds me of a saying, "Kill them with kindness" and that's what this book does. It is so straight forward and cliche-ish, that you can't help but like it and have it touch your emotions.

From a guy that doesn't read much at all, I rarely recommend things, but, this is one I can feel comfortable recommending for anyone...

Ps...as with most things...do check the book out before the movie, even though the movie is nicely done as well.

Summary: A Really Good Book
Review: A Walk To Remember was one of the best books I read. It's about this girl, who is not one of the most popular girls in school, and she gets to know a more popular guy. The guy ends up falling in love with her and she tells him that she has cancer. In the end, he asks her to marry him. She died a little bit after they got married. This is a good book for both guys and girls. Very sad but a good book!

Summary: 'A Walk to Remember' by NICHOLAS SPARKS
Review: I didn't really know at first, which book I should choose and which book could be the best for me. So I went in the next bookshop and found there some books from Nicholas Sparks. I read the resume on the back which informed me that this story is about a 40-year old man looking back on his first and possibly deepest love he had ever had. This sounds very nice to me and so I decided to take this book 'A Walk to Remember' for the reading project. As soon as I arrived at home I started reading this book and I was very impressed. I couldn't put this book down once I started to read it.
When I was seventeen, my life changed forever. So begins 'A Walk to Remember', the touching tale of Landon Carter, a typical teenage boy living in Beaufort, North Carolina, in 1958. He wants to spend as little time as possible in school and as much time as possible with his friends before going off to college. He's not likely, even in the small town of Beaufort, to cross paths with Jamie Sullivan, the Baptist minister's daughter who spends her lunch hour reading the Bible, her afternoons volunteering at an orphanage, and her summers at church camp. On the evening of Beaufort's annual Christmas pageant, Landon's and Jamie's lives are linked together, and Landon undergoes a change that will forever alter the course of his life. In the months that follows, he discovers the truths about the nature of beauty, the joy of giving, the pain of loss, and most of all, the power of love.
I can't really say what part of the book I liked mostly because I liked every part. Every page is something special where you learn more about the story. As the book is written very simply I didn't have to read the book for a second time to understand the content. The author used also words I have already known and so I have had to use the dictionary very seldom.
I really can say that I have never before read such a good book as this one. As I was so impressed about the content of the story I used the Internet to find out more about the author and his other books. Now as I know that Nicholas Sparks is the author of some of today's most memorable love stories. I will also read some of his other books like 'A Bend in the Road', 'The Notebook' or 'Message in a Bottle'. Although this story is a wonderful little teen romance. I would not like to recommend it only to teenagers but also to adults. As Nicholas Sparks gives a remarkable love story in 'A Walk to Remember', it will touch the hearts of readers everywhere. So I am convinced that everybody who is keen on love stories will also love this book.

Summary: I love this book!
Review: I absolutely loved this book. I couldn't put it down, which is somewhat obvious because I read it in one day. This book truly makes you feel like you are the characters and it definetly makes you cry. I also saw the movie. It was good, but I'd recomend that you to read this wonderful book first.

Summary: A Walk to Remember by Jared
Review: A Walk to Remember is a heart-throbbing, stomach-fluttering, and tear-jerking novel in which you find what true love means. Landon Carter, newly elected ASB President, needs a date for homecoming. The only problem is that is just a few days away and most the girls have already been asked. He skims through his yearbook and the only girl left that is "reasonable" is Jamie Sullivan. This year Landon had seen her in a different light, he had dropped Science and the only class that period was Drama and Jamie was in that class. Once he saw her he realized she wasn't the little 1st grader he remembers, but a young woman. He then asks her to Homecoming, and she wants to but must get her permission from her father; a priest.

Jamie and Landon attend Homecoming together and he sees how truly nice she is. When a girl throw-up in the bathroom Jamie is the 1st one to help her clean up. In the next few weeks the Drama class decides to perform the play Hegbert Sullivan called "The Christmas Angel" Landon is chosen to play the lead man and Jamie the Angel.

The big day of the performance comes, the seats are filled, even Landon's friends attended. Unfortunately Landon was not able to wish Jamie good luck and had not seen her before he began. Landon was on stage doing his seen by himself, the crowd was silent all eyes watching, then it became more silent than imaginable. You probably could have heard a pin drop, and he turned around to see Jamie different then ever before. In a long flowing white dress, her hair down with sparkles in it, and make-up on. He turned around and in the most sincere voice said, "You're beautiful." She truly was and that's where he saw her for who she was inside and out, for the first time.

I would recommend this book for anyone that is 8 and older. It teaches a great life lesson, and what kindness does to a person. This was a wonderful book and should be read by many.
The story takes you further than any; you see the true kindness of a heart. You see the love of two people grow. You see how the personal will can be the greatest strength of all. You see something unexpected, something that will make your heart tighten. It will keep you on the edge of your seat, not wanting to waste one minute. To see where this love journey begins and ends, you must read A Walk to Remember, written by Nicolas Sparks.
