Summary: This book deserves to be called, "A Book To Remember!"
Review: This book was fantasticly superb. It's touching, sad, romantic and sweet. Every moment and scene that goes on within this story with "Jamie," the shy daughter of a strict minister and "Landon," the so-called "bad popular guy" at school will touch you straight to the heart with heartfelt sorrows. It's a story about true love that you won't ever forget. I really like the way Nicholas Sparks (the author) knows how to get your attention, having you in tears in no time. This is a must read book!

Summary: A Walk to Remember is a great book
Review: "A Walk to Remember," written by Nicholas Sparks, takes place in a small town during 1958. This love story is about a jock and a preacher's daughter falling in love. Nicholas Sparks is known for writing touching love stories that you'll remember forever. The popular jock, Landon, needs a date for homecoming and ends up taking Jaimie Sullivan. She is the preacher's daughter, goody two-shoes. He ends up falling in love with her, which was the last thing everyone thought would happen. If you like books that make you laugh and cry, then "A Walk to Remember" is for you. Personally, reading this book was a very enjoyable experience.

Summary: This book is fantastic!!!
Review: I absolutely fell in love with this book. A Walk to Remember is a book that draws you in chapter after chapter. I especially like the character Landon because it showed him growing up and learning more about himself. I felt that Nicholas Sparks really made the character, Jamie Sullivan, special. She was the perfect kind of girl to help Landon realize what he really was like. These two as a couple really made me love this book. Nicholas Sparks is a wonderful author, and I love his writing.

Review: This was an awesome book! It was almost nothing like the movie, but you still went through every emotion there is. I don't even know how to describe how wonderful this book was! It's a must read!!!

Summary: FANTASTIC!
Review: This book was one of the best romance novels I have ever read, it shows how kids can be so rude and cruel, even back in those days. Jamie, was such a loving girl and they way she says everything like in "the Lord's plan" it all comes together in the end why she is and says the things she says. I truly cried when i read this book. When writing a book its hard to make someone cry one moment and laugh the next and this book did all that over and over again!.
I only wish i could find more of Nicholas Sparks books, he is a fantastic writer with alot of talent!
If anyone could suggest anymore of his books please post it.
thank you

Summary: Not Enough Stars to Rate This One...
Review: This is, by far, the most beautiful book I have ever read. So beautiful, in fact, that I absolutely refuse to see the movie. It's that perfect in my mind. I don't want to mess with the images I have of the characters and the town. It's that eloquently written. An interesting thing about the book is it's up to you how the story ends; the author leaves it for you to determine. Either way you think the story ends, your only regret will be having to close the book and leave the world of Landon and Jamie behind...

Summary: A Walk to Remember
Review: I would recommend this book to anyone. If you have seen the movie you need to read the book. I liked watching the movie first because I could compare the differences between the two. The book has taught me to treat everyone you meet with respect. I have also learned to treat others the way you wish to be treated. I could relate too the book well. Some of the things the main characters had to face I have been faced with before in my own life. A Walk to Remember is an all out great book. I give it two thumbs up.

Summary: A rare find...a true love story...a must read for all!
Review: I teach 8th grade. One of my students suggested that I read this book. I ordered it from ... and started to read it Saturday. I could not put it down on Sunday. You become so engrossed in the lives of Jamie and Landon. The author gives you a hook in the beginning and reels you in through the book. I think it is a wonderful and beautiful book. It is filled with honest feeling and there is a depth to the characters that you do not usually find. Once you discover the secret that Jamie is unwilling to share, the book takes on a deeper meaning. You will cry, but from your tears you will think of others with Jamie's strength. It is an amazing book!

Summary: a sweet book
Review: It wasn't the best book i've ever read or anything, but it was still a nice book to read anyway...something you'd pick up from the library so that you'd have something to read on the subway ride home. The book does not require a lot of thinking or deep analysis (etc.). It's just a nice sweet good-feeling sob-story book just for fun. but just because it wasn't exactly intellectual, it doesn't mean that it isn't worth reading. i also liked the progression and random sweet but not overly-mushy (for the most part) scenes in this book. they don't start the realllllly mushy sappy dialogues until about the last 20 pages in the book, so it's not that bad. the romance is sweet, because it lacks a lot of the flirty pretentious pick up lines/calculating-to-snag-a-date type of girl/guy drama. overall, i liked it;)
