Review: A girl, Jackie, and her father are in Italy. When Jackie's father is driving some thing happens. She gets picked up on the road by two men. the two men take her to their house. Jackie figures out why the two men had brought her there. Jackie, with the help of a friend escapes from the house.

Review: Have you ever wondered what you would do if you were kidnapped by two mysterious people? Well Three Days is the book for you. It is about a little girl named Jackie and she was on her way with her dad to there motel until it happened. It seems that Jackie's dad is quite sick and had to stop by a curb to take a rest, but it was too late. Jackie's dad died but she doesn't know that he did. Now, two men came to pick Jackie up and she thought they ere bringing her to the police to get help. Instead, they took her to an old creepy house. If you want to know what happens next, read the fastinating book Three Days and find out because I am recommending you and all readers to read and enjoy this book.

Review: I think Three Days is a very scary, suspenseful, and a really shocking book. Jackie,an 11-year-old girl from Minnesota, goes on a business trip with her father to Italy. The night after they arrive, Jackie's father collapsed at the wheel of their rental car and eventually dies leaving Jackie all alone in the middle of the highway in a foreign country. She starts to panic, unsure of what to do or what is happening. Jackie figures out a plan. She starts running,screaming,and starts waving her hands for attention or help...but no one can hear her. Two men in a white, old car come to help Jackie, so she thinks. The men and Jackie drive past the hospital and stop at a river to throw all Jackie's identity that she was with her father. Eventually, they end up at the men's home. There was a lady standing outside this creepy old house drying their clothes.Her name is Claudia. Claudia does not think this is a good idea from what she is seeing. But Jackie runs into another problem. They do not speak English and Jackie doesn't speak Italian! The rest of this story revolves around Claudia helping Jackie escpape, or will she escape this nightmare? Read this very suspensful book to find out!!!!

Summary: MISS O, LOOK!!!!
Review: Jackie and her father are traveling in Italy when suddenly her father drops dead from a heart-attack. She is picked up my 2 mysterious men who take her to a house. At the house, she finds a woman named Claudia. I thought this book was o.k but the reader sucked. She was REALLY annoying and horrible. The book would of been a lot better if the person could actualy read.

Summary: Riveting story!
Review: The stark, first person, present tense narration of Three Days caught my interest, but it was the charactors who held me to the last page. An eleven-year-old girl traveling with her father in Italy is abducted. She has no idea where she's going, why she's been taken, or whom she can trust, and on top of that, she can not speak to or understand anyone around her. My first thought was that the very simple style of this book put it below the reading level of my seventh graders, but the narrator caught me up in the story with her realistic voice and feelings and I had to finish the book in one sitting. This is my first Donna Jo Napoli book, but I plan to go back and read all her others now.

Review: This book Three Days by Donna Jo Napoli is a breath taker. It shows you how your life could change enormously in 1 second. Three Days is a story but it seems like a true account and as you can tell it is an adventure book. In this book you can never know what is going to happen next. Three Days is a very strong book. There are so many strengths. This is one of the reasons that I recommend Three Days. This story is about an 11 year old girl named Jackie Holt who went to Italy with her father. One night they were driving to their hotel when all the sudden Jackie's dad collapses. I think this is the strongest point in the book. Jackie gets scared. Jackie's dad pulls the car to the side of the highway. The car still going fast bounces over the rough ground. Jackie tries to get cars to stop in every way she can think of. Then two Italian men picked her up but instead of going to the police they took her to their home. She meets a nice woman whose actions comfort Jackie. Donna Jo Napoli did an excellent job on writing this book and I hope to read more books that she has written. I recommend this book because it has no weaknesses and it is a great book. This book is for readers age 9-15. When you read Three Days it is one of those books that gives you a tingle and keeps your interest from beginning to end.

Summary: Kidnapped in Italy
Review: This book was pretty good. It was very descriptive about the places and things that Jacki was seeing. It came as a surprise to me when her dad died, and when she got picked up by two men.
I think that the way Claudia took care of her like her own daughter was very different, when she was first taken away, i figured it was going to be bad. That they were going to not be very kind towards her, but the way Claudia made her feel at home was very different.
The ending came as a major surprise to me, I never figured that would end like that. I had imagined something completely different, but I liked it.
