Summary: Changeling
Review: Morgan has broken up with the only guy she had ever trusted fully, and whom she loved with all of her heart. She is heartbroken, and falling apart at the realization that Ciaran, her mother's own true love, is her own biological father instead of the gentle and reassuring Angus Bramson.
But then Eoifa, a witch from the International Council of Witches shows up asking Morgan to help with a mission. That mission is to bring Ciaran to Widowsvale and plant the watch sigil on him, because they fear that Starlocket, Alyce's very own coven, is Amyrath's next target. Morgan fears for the lives of the Starlocket coven, and hesitantly accepts the mission to bring Ciaran to the town.
Hunter pleads with Morgan to reconsider, but Morgan refuses. She calls her brother Killian with a witch message, and persuades him to bring Ciaran. When Ciaran comes, Morgan must bond with him, so that he will trust her enough to tell her if Amyrath is really after Starlocket. But if he finds out that she is, in fact, a spy, what will he do to his own daughter? He spared her before, but can he do so again? Or will he kill her, or someone she loves?

Mmmm....that is all i can say. This book was awesome. One of the best in the series, in my opinion. And, i know this is going to sound wierd, but i actually DID like Ciaran, and i know that he loved Morgan in his own way. Oh, and i LOVED the ending!! WOO HOO!!!

Summary: Sweep 8: Changeling
Review: Morgan is still recovering from finding out that Ciaran is her father and her break-up with Hunter. She feels she is a danger, Woodbane: tainted. But then a council member comes to Widow's Vale and tells her that Amyranth is targeting Starlocket and Alice and her friends are in great danger. Morgan decides she has to stop this from happening. She contacts Killian, her long lost half-brother for his help in contacting Ciaran. Morgan is thrown into the world of forbidden and dark magick. She is greatly drawn to Killian's carefree attitude and Ciaran's knowledge and power. Morgan is put to the test. What will she choose? The dark or the light?

Woo! Another great read! I love Killian. He is soo cool but very irresponsible.

Summary: brilliant!
Review: Morgan thinks shes poison, so she breaks up with Hunter :( and shes very sad about it. A council person comes to Morgan called Eoife (i think...) and she thinks that Ciaran (who is morgans dad) is going to send a dark wave or something to Starlocket, which is Alyces coven. Morgan has to find Ciaran and if possible stop him. Killian, who comes in to the story in the calling, also adds a little mischief too... Ciaran and morgan turn into wolves and their prey is... do you think i would spoil it?!? Just coz everyone else has.

Summary: WHat will happen when Morgan is tempted by evil?
Review: Morgan wants nothing to do with Hunter or her coven anymore. Ever since she found out who her father really was she considers herself to be tainted and cursed. But when someone from the council pays her a visit she realizes that she is the only one that can possibly stop her fathers coven from committing a horrible act that will kill someone she holds near and dear. Morgan commits herself to stopping this from happening but the only way she can is to reach out to the brother she never knew, Killian. Tossing herself into a world of magic she's never felt before Morgan's dark side is tempted by the carefree lifestyle of Killian and then the evil and powerful world of her father. What will she choose to be? Good or evil?

I found this to be a very good book in the series. Once again Morgan is put to the test and has to prove herself to be a good witch. The only complaint I have with this is I'm getting a bit annoyed with Morgan's little magical "mistakes." But beyond that I was very impressed with it. I can't wait to read the 9th book in the series, Strife. I recommend this book to any fans of the series.

Summary: The thrilling eighth book in the Sweep series.
Review: Morgan was sure she knew the truth about her birth parents. And now that the threat from Cal and his evil mother, Selene, is gone, and she's dating her soulmate, Hunter, she believes she can finally be happy. But nothing can prepare Morgan for the shocking truth. Her biological father is still alive, and is none other than Ciaran, who murdered Morgan's birth mother. Morgan knows that there's a part of her that came from Ciaran, and she fears she will fallow in her father's evil legacy. Determined not to hurt Hunter, the one she loves most in the world, she breaks up with him, and even avoids her coven, not willing to let the evil she believes is inside of her taint others. Then the International Council of Witches asks Morgan to undergo a dangerous mission. They want her to get close to Ciaran, to make him trust her - and then betray him. Is Morgan strong enough for this challenge? Is she doomed to be like Ciaran, or can she chose her own path? I really loved this newest addition to the Sweep series, especially the ending. I can't wait to read the next book.

Summary: Almost perfect, rushed climax and ending
Review: Most of the book is spent with Morgan trying to convince her half-brother, Killian, to bring their father to Widow's Vale just so she can...(Okay, I won't give anything away!) I must give this book credit because it is more intense than 6 & 7. Morgan and Hunter do not know where their relationship rests because she believes being Cieran's daughter makes her evil; like parent, like child; and Hunter knows that is not even a little bit true. Morgan and the rest of her coven discover a great deal more through Killian, and Morgan learns something even more dangerous than before.

Summary: Good, but not the best in the series
Review: This book continues from the sad ending of "The Calling". In this book, Morgan pushes herself away from Hunter, and her coven. Then, one day, Eoife McNabb, a subelder from the council, asks Morgan to call her father to him so she can put a sigil on him so the council can watch him. To do this, she needs the help of her 1/2 brother, Killian. So she calls Killian to Widows Vale. She has to practically beg him though to call their father to go there. When their father does arrive, he doesnt seem dangerous. But soon he tells Morgan his true name, and how to shape shift. Morgan shape shifts into a wolf and almost kills Hunter. But before she changes back, she puts the sigil on him. Although this wasnt my fav. book out if the series, this book had my fav. ending cuz Morgan & Hunter get back together!

Summary: Best book of the series
Review: This book did a wonderful job of keeping the suspense real. Cate Tiernan is incredibly talented to write such a good book. I really believe that Morgan is starting to realize her power and is able to make decisions on her own. Hunter and Morgan have a few incounters after that dreadful scene in book 7, and I think that all of you devoted readers out there will definitely be happy with this new addition to the Sweep series.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: ~-*Spectacular*-~
Review: This book is by far one of the best out of the series! Tiernan is an amazing author and is so good at making you want to continue reading! Two thumbs way up!
