Summary: You want to be too sophisticated for this, but you aren't.
Review: This is a book that you know ahead of time is too crazy to be take seriously. You, in your sophisticated way, want to call it fluff and dismiss it as not worth the time. But the problem is, you are laughing out loud every other page. It is outrageous; it is hilarious. It is not worth wasting your serious time. Oh! but you finish it in less than a day and spend hours afterward smiling at the craziness.

Go, Georgia!

Summary: OMG
Review: This is a good book, the only problem is, is that it has a cliff hanger and I can't wait 'til the next comes out. This book is about a girl named Georgia. She FINALLY got her man, The Sex God, but now she's crushing on Dave the Laugh. Before in Book 2, I'm Now the Girlfriend of a Sex God, she used Dave the Laugh(makes everybody laugh)to get the Sex God.

Review: This is such a good book. I love this series and me and my friends are constantly lauhing over the wonderful books Louise Rennison has written. You see, i loved them SO much that i made all of my friends read them. They are completley, totally, and utterly laugh-out-loud funny. I bought this book the day it came out, and finished it in ONE day, that's how good it was. I just couldn't put it down! If you are teen girl, and in some cases if you aren't, you must buy her series. You won't regret it!

Summary: It Doesn't Get Much Better Than This...
Review: To say this book is average would be a crime against humanity. This book lives up to all the standards that it's predecessors set. In this installment, Georgia is finally with Robbie the Sex God, and their happy together and everything is going great. Or so she thinks. When her ex, and red herring, Dave the Laugh starts dating her friend Ellen, she starts to wonder if he could ever be more than just a red herring to her. But she remebers Robbie, and convinces herself that he's the only one by saying things like,"But he's a Sex God, and is perfect and he makes me go all jelloid..." and other things. But her mouth doesn't seem to care how she feels, because she can't seem to keep herself from kissing Dave. And Dave has made it clear that, even though she used him as a red herring, he still likes her a lot and wouldn't mind being with her again. And even though she loves being with Robbie, Dave still looks really awesome...and he does the famous "nip libbling." But then Robbie does ear snogging, which is just as good. Who should she choose?! And at home, Angus has a crush on the cat across the road (who Georgia nicknamed Naomi the Burmese Sex Kitten) who hasn't been spayed. And Angus hasn't yet been neutered, or, as Georgia says, hasn't got his "trouser snake addendums" snipped. Does Naomi get pregnant? Does Geogia go for the funny hottie, or the hottie that makes her go jelloid and stupid?

Summary: A response to the reviewer from B.C.
Review: Well, apparently you are alone in your opinions, since nearly everyone else gave this book 4 or 5 stars! Did you honestly expect Georgia to be some angelic perfect person, who doesnt care about guys and makeup, like a normal teenage girl? The point of the book is that she is a normal teenage girl, just like the rest of us. That's why it's a great book, because it's real. I don't know how old you are, but I would be willing to place a bet on the fact that you aren't a teenager. Because if you were, you would understand that we aren't perfect, like Georgia, and were not supposed to be!

Summary: Knocked Out by My Nunga Nungas
Review: You are now entering the journal of a teenage girl. Prepare to be dazzled, amazed, and awed by what you are about to read. For those familiar with Angus Thongs and Full Frontal Snoggings, the third book in the Louis Rennison series, Knocked Out by My Nunga Nungas, is absolutely hysterical.

The story opens up with Georgia, bored to tears on a family vacation in Scotland, and waiting to get back home to her Sex-God boyfriend. This book is charming and witty. Many girls, including me, can relate to this twisted tale of teen-hood and Georgia's school life. From causing mischief at school, to flirting with the new hunk of a French teacher, to battling bullies, boys and make-up, this book covers it all. Everyone can relate to this book in one way or another. It's painfully honest about the life of a teenage girl. This book proves that comedy indeed reveals the truth.

At one point Georgia and her chums decide to rebel against their school's dress code policy. They slip their gloves into their berets and create animal ears. A little punishment is worth continuing to cause a ruckus for Georgia and her gang, as they are known. Feel with Georgia, the anguish of having a Sex God for a boyfriend, when he has to leave town and her for a band gig. Oh how the teenage heart aches.

The story climaxes when an old flame sparks between Georgia and her ex boyfriend, Dave the Laugh. It all happens away from the crowd at a performance for the Stiff Dylans, the Sex God's band. Dave asked for one last kiss from Georgia and without any thought Georgia's hormones take over. They share a kiss. Sacre Blur! Georgia has a boyfriend and Dave's girlfriend is Georgia's mate Ellen! Could an old flame be rekindling with Dave? Could Georgia be a red bottom! What has Georgia done? Georgia completely changed from a nobody to an irresistible boy magnet.

This book will keep your thumbs in shape for you will be turning the page far too many times in a row. Dave grates on Georgia's mind endlessly and then one night at a party, Dave confronts Georgia and asks her to pick between him or the Sex God. Does she want the yummy piece of Sex God or the constant stand up comedian Dave? A hard decision and you're anxious to find out! What is to come?!? I'll have to find out by reading the last book "Dancing in my Nudy Pants."

If you are looking for a laugh out loud and a painfully honest reflection about teen hood, Louis Rennison's "Knocked By My Nunga Nugas" is your book. Once you read one, you're hooked on the whole series.

Summary: I couldn't stop laughing! A great addition to the series.
Review: [book quote]"Every time I look at Wet Lindsay I am reminded that underneath her T-shirt lurk breast enhancers.

I said to Jas, "Do you think that Robbie knows about her false nunga-nungas?" but she was too busy waving at Tom with a soppy smile on her face.

The club was packed. I wondered if I should go find Robbie and say hello. Maybe that wasn't very cool. Better do a bit of makeup adjusting first. Because if the talent scout was there he might be looking for girls to form a band as well. I said that to Jas. "Maybe we could be discovered, as a new girl band."

"We can't sing or play any instruments, and we are not in a band."

She is so ludicrously picky.",

This book was SO wonderful I buy it as gifts for my friends! It is so funny and relates to teen girls everywhere, and for an "American chum" her language and expressions ... are awesome... Some of the words I want to use on an everyday basis. BUY THIS BOOK and you won't regret it.
