Summary: great book with more to come
Review: This book was full of love and new turns. I really LOVED it! I really liked the fact that they have there moon power, and the fact they are goddesses in a world like today. I like the life Vanessa lives, the fact she can not tell her mom the invisible power she uses sometimes. She can not seem to get it right though. Then there is her friend catty that is a goddess as well, but unlike Vanessa her "mom" knows about her power to travel time. The meet more and go out trying to fit in as teens, and fight the evil power they were put on earth for. Then when they are 17...well read it.

Review: Goddess of the night is a great start to a great series. Vanessa is a regular girl with a regular life. WRONG! Vanessa is a daughter of the moon and doesn't even know. Vanessa can go invisible and every time her boyfriend tries to kiss her she starts to. But thats not the first of her problems. Vanessa is being followed. She doesn't know by who and hopes it's not because she has been discovered. Can Vanessa stop her stauker and kiss her boyfriend? Read this book and find out.

Summary: Book one Vanessa
Review: what is Vanessa's problem? If I were invisible I'd have fun with it. that's what I thought at first. Then I thought what it would be like to think you had some government scientist trying to find you because they thought you were a bad outcome of some experient that had gone totally wrong. It would be creepy to live always looking over your shoulder and scared everytime the doorbell rang. But the story turns out to be better than that! Vanessaa finds out what she really is and then she kind of accepts being able to go invisible at the end. Not the way I think I would have fun with it but it's a good book, especially because it doesn't turn out to be what you think it's going to be. I love this series.

Summary: First book in a great series
Review: I just finished reading Goddess of the night about Vanessa and her friends. I can't wait to read the other books. All my friends are talking about the series. I didn't think I'd like it as much as I did. Vanessa has secret powers and doesn't understand them. Then she finds out what she is and it's hard for her to believe the truth but she meets new friends who are like her only they have powers that aren't the same as hers. It's tense and I liked it.

Summary: Goddess of the Night
Review: 15 year old L.A. native Vanessa Cleveland has only ever wanted to fit in; to be normal like everyone else. At first glance, she keeps up the appearance of normalcy, but in truth, she has a secret she tries hard to keep hidden. If only everyone knew how different she really was. One night, while walking home alone from Planet Bang (a local dance club for teenagers), Vanessa is aware that she is being followed. Frightened, she tries to stay calm and wonder if the stalker had discovered her secret.

Vanessa has the power to become invisible by expanding her molecules. But her power is often of of her control, like when strong emotions take hold of her. Luckily, Vanessa isn't alone. Catty Turner, best friend, has a secret power too. Catty and Vanessa met when they were little, when at a soccer game they discovered each had an identical moon charm around their necks. Amazingly enough, Catty can actually travel back and forth in time.

Catty and Vanessa speculate about their powers. How did they get them? Are they actually space aliens, stranded on Earth? Was it a radiation accident? Genetics? Vanessa has always wanted her power to be explained to her. Why is she such a "freak"? I recommend 'Goddess of the Night' to any teen who has ever felt they didn't fit in. The series has modern greek mythology, romance, friendship, supernatural, and suspense. It's truly a fantastic book.

Summary: Goddess of the Night
Review: This book was pretty good.(Not nearly as good as the second and third though.)It's about Vanessa, a teenage girl(supposedly 14)who has the power to turn invisible. The only problem abut her power is, when she gets real emotional her molecules act on their own. (Like when her boyfriend Michael TRIES to kiss her she will start to disappear.) She unlike her best friend Catty doesnt like to practice with her power.
She then finds out she is being stalked by a follower, Stanton who wants a place in the inner circle. The seduction of a daughter, or the theft of her power is rewarded with respect and a higher place to the atrox.
This book is pretty good, i finished it the 1st day i had it...shes just not my fav character though, Jimena is my fav, then veto, collin, and catty. That could be why i dont like this one as well. So anyway i hoped this was help to ya.
