Summary: Daughters of the Moon...
Review: I love the "Daughters of the Moon" books. They are wonderful for readers of any age that still look up at the sky at night. They all are funny and have a great group of friends (the daughters) that you see together in all the books. Every once in a while a small detail seems to be droped, but overall I really love these books. Wonderful books!! Ok, later.

Summary: Goddess of the Night
Review: I love this series! This is the first book, Goddess of the Night. In it, Vanessa and her friend Catty both have a special power. Vanessa can become invisible, and Catty can travel back in time. Then, one day, Catty disappears. Two girls from school, Jimena and Serena take Vanessa to see a retired schoolteacher named Maggie. Maggie tells Vanessa that she, Catty, and the two other girls are Daughters of the Moon. Jimena and Serena have special powers, too. Jimena has premonitions (she can see the future) and Serena can read minds. Will Vanessa ever see Catty again? You'll have to read the book to find out!

Summary: Goddes of the night-beginning of good series
Review: Great book, encourages girls to find their own warrior spirit within. Vannessa is about to find out a secret that will change the way she sees herself forever. She is about to find out that she's a goddess of the moon. Along the way she will meet three other girls who just like her find out that they are different, together these four unlikely friends will form a bond that will help them fight the evil atrox who is bent on destroying them...
The only complaint I have with the books is that right now you can only buy the books in hardcover (hopefully they will come out in paperback!) , the covers are beautiful but at the price their at I've only bought 3. I'm not a teenager anymore but I feel sorry for the younger ones who have limited amounts of money to spend.

Summary: It was cool
Review: In the book the 2 separate group of friends become one and fight the forces of the atrox. Vanessa and Catty have a hard time beliving it at first, but then quickly change their minds when Catty is in trouble. Jimena, Vanessa, Serena and Catty, deal with things that normal teens do and then.... some things that most teens don't even think about. It Was a great book all in all,and because it is a series the adventures never end.

Summary: Intreging
Review: This book was just going to be the next book I read but after the first book I bought the second and so on and so forth. When I got to the eighth book I thought that was it, then I found at the end of the book " Look for the next..." and I was so happy. This is a must read for anyone who has an interest in special abilities, the abnormal, and the supernatural!

Summary: Vanessa was always afraid of being different....
Review: but she could never help it. she has the ability to be invisible, and she's always been afraid that somone would see her, or not see her, go invisible. Every time she tries to kiss the incredibly hot Micheal Saratoga, who has just about as much as a crush on Vanessa as she does on him, she starts to dissapear! her best friend, Catty, also has an incredible ability, time travel. when Catty goes missing, Vanessa meets Jimena and Serena and she learns what she truly is and her true destiny. Now she must save catty from an extremely powerful evil.

If you like the Daughters of the Moon books then you might like these as well.... : His Dark Matierals Triology,by Philip Pullman and the Mediator series, by Meg Cabot aka Jenny Carol.

Summary: Daughters of the Moon: Goddess of Night--A SUPERB READ!
Review: This book RULES! My friends at school were reading these and were raving about them to me, so my friend bought this one for me. I just finished it today, and I can't wait to read #2! You are introduced to Vanessa, Catty, Serena, and Jimena--four seemingly normal girls with powers. There are so many twists to it--just when you think it's over and you can predict the ending, it all changes! A very good book. I recommend it for ages 11 and up. (Even my mom is interested in it!)
This book has boys in it, but I PROMISE it's not a romance book! There is also a bit of language in it, but overall, it's pretty much a 10-years-and-up, "G" rated book!
And here's a suggestion-- since the books are a little expensive,
and a huge trend in reading--why not set up a little library with your friends? When I finished reading this, I lent it to my friend so she could enjoy it without having to buy it. My other friend also lent me the second one, but I had to give it back before I even started it because she finished #1 before me! This method works with all books.

Review: I love the entire series and I seriously reccommend it if you are a first time reader of the books.
