Summary: Backstabber Review
Review: I thought the book was only satisfactory because it was the same thing as before. Only this time Jessica isnt goin nuts trying to figure out the boy thing. Elizabeth and Conner are still having problems but what are you going to do. Even though this book was only ok i can't wait to read the next one.

Summary: Francine Pascal is slowly fading out!
Review: I've read most of the books in Senior yr, & I thin they're pretty stupid, if u ask me. Actually, when I 1st began reading this series, I liked Pascal's creative style & liked the book coz it wuz different from all the other teenage romance books. But later, it began dragging along. I mean, theree's more to life than boyfriends, love etc(as Jess & Liz realise in book no.15) I really couldn't believe the way Liz wuz acting after Conner dumped her. Where did the sensible level-headed liz go to? I always liked the Sweet valley twins, high & jr.high, but Senior yr. is really stupid! 1st Conner doesn't want 2 accept that he loves Liz, then he wants to spend mor time alone with her & THEN he kisses TIA! Coming to Jess, 1st Will spreads rumours about her, makes her life miserable, & at last when she gets a 'perfect' boyfriend (Jeremy), he comes back & Jess dumps Jeremy for Will! And what happens next? Will dumps her AGAIN for Melissa. Then Evan comes along & she's sooo confused! Then at last Jeremy finds another 'sweet' girl, whom he likes & Jess feels jealous! I mean, what is she? Does she want 2 have all 3 of them at once? I wuz really disappointed. I expected something better out of Francine Pascal.

Summary: What do we know?
Review: In this book, Tia thinks she has "feelings" for Conner. The question is: does she really start to like Conner in "that way" or is she just missing Angel. This book, just like the other books in this series, gives a twisting turn to something that started out NOT complicated. Also, do we know that Conner has feelings for Tia? Not in this book. Another problem in the book has to do with Andy. Yes, finally Andy has a problem! Andy is feeling confused about his situation. He is allowed to be confused. It's not stupid that the author of this book decided to give Andy a problem of his own. Everyone else always has problems and they always go to Andy. Let Andy go to them with his own problem for once. Now, about Jessica, its normal (for her) to be kinda jealous about Jade & Jeremy. Since when did Jade want to work at HOJ? Jess was just starting to put her life back together and Jade is kind of making it hard for her by having Jeremy following her (Jade) around the place. Last but not least we come to Elizabeth. Liz has a right to be completely upset and angry at Conner and Tia. How would a normal person feel if she walked into her friends room and found her friend and her boyfriend laying down next to e/other- early in the morning? Ok, ok, I'll stop telling the readers exactly what happens in the book, so I'll leave you with this.

Summary: Backstabber
Review: It wasn't the greatest in the series. They added another drama in the Liz and Conner department. Liz finds Conner and Tia kissing. She's not forgiving him. Conner starts drinking. Jessica is jealous because Jeremy likes Jade(a new employee)Andy questions whether he is gay or not. I liked it except for the fact that they didn't even mention Will and Melissa.

Summary: Not as good as the others, but...
Review: O.K. This is a really good series, but this book wasn't as good as the previous ones in relation to story lines. I think it's fine that Jessica is jealous of Jeremy and Jade, because it's kind of expected. Even though she's happy to be single, she's still trying to figure things out. Liz and Conner on the other hand? Screwing up their relationship is a big mistake. The two of them are meant to be together. This Tia thing isn't about to blow over either. Eventually she and Liz will get to be friends again, but don't expect it for a few more books. The Andy thing, where he is questioning whether he is gay or not? I don't know. I'd much rather see him with Six or another girl, but what can you do? i just hope they don't have him kissing another guy. That would be too weird.

Summary: Wow Go Tia!
Review: Okay, so I really, really liked this book. I was a bit surprised with Jessica's promotion, but I kind of understand her feelings with the Jeremy situation.

Now, on to Tia, Conner, and Elizabeth...well, I understand why he went to Tia. She's been there for him through it all, but I don't think he should mess with her head like I think he's doing. I hope that makes sense. Anyway, I feel sorry for Liz, but I can't be mad at Tia for following her heart, esp. when Conner is acting the way he's acting.

Overall, this is one of my favorite SVH senior year books yet! I can't wait for the next one!

Summary: Sweet Valley High Senior Year is Dynamic!
Review: Sweet Valley High Senior #17 "Backstabber" was great! Definitely one of the greatest in the series. If you're all caught up on your reading then you know what I'm talking about when I say you get to find out what happens next with Liz and Conner situation. Is Jessica getting jealous? Of who? Are her feelings really over for a particular person? Conners' problems expand- but it's his own fault. He knows he's screwed up but he can't get himself on the right track! The only parts I disliked was that the Andy situation doesn't unfold much more- but don't worry this book is still packed full of suspenseful relationships -you won't be able to put it down!

Summary: Backstabber
Review: The Conner and Tia aspect of this book was interesting to say the least. I hope the writers don't pursue this storyline because personally, after the Maria and Elizabeth fighting over Conner thing, I've had enough. It's all a little too Dawson's Creek for me, and I am having enough frustration dealing w/what's happening on that show. But I digress. Major points: Not enough Andy: I hope they don't shove him even further into the background now. Jessica: She waffles around with other people's emotions too much. She is entirely self-involved. I wish she would get it together. I hope Jeremy can move on because, quite frankly, he can do better. Elizabeth: She's always been a little self-righteous to me, but I actually feel for her in this book. Dealing with what she's dealing with actually makes her sympathetic. 'Cause I wasn't sympathetic to her before. Tia: Run as fast as you can in the opposite direction of Conner. Please. For your own sanity. Conner: I feel reeeeeeaaaaaaaallllllly bad for him in this book. But I also think he's a jerk. So I like that combo. Overall, this book was pretty good. It's one of the better books in the series.
