Rating: Summary: Book 17 in SVH Senior Year Series Review: After catching Conner McDermott and Tia Ramirez in bed together in the previous book ("Three Girls and a Guy"), Elizabeth Wakefield is ready to call it quits with Conner--and Tia, for that matter--not that I blame her. While these three are in a major turmoil, Jeremy Aames hits it off well with the new House of Java employee, Jade Wu, to Jessica Wakefield's dismay, even though Jeremy and Jess have been broken up for weeks now. Jade also seems to bringing the unruly side of him out, which may or may not be a good thing, especially when she almost gets him in trouble at work. Most of the emphasis in "Backstabber" is on Conner, Tia, and Elizabeth. That's all well and good (though I'm disliking Conner more and more with each new book), but what happened to another big issue at hand: Andy Marsden's being gay, which was revealed in the previous book? That didn't go into depth at all here, just a couple journal entries by him. I'm still surprised that such a topic would be brought up in a Sweet Valley book, but it's a storyline I really look forward to watching unfold, especially since Andy's one of my favorite characters.
Rating: Summary: Definite Page Turner Review: After getting this book I couldn't put it down. I'm definitelylooking forward to As if I Care. I wonder if Conner really hasfeelings for Tia that are deeper than friendship. He said he loved Liz. I know Jessica wants Jeremy back, and I think he still wants her back.
Rating: Summary: The Whole Storyline in SVH Senior Year #17 Review: From reading all the SVH senior year books, I think this is the best book published, yet. It talks about how Jessica is totally jealous about Jeremy/Jade thing, and Tia starting to have 'feelings' for Conner, more than a friend. I recommend you to buy this book because you wouldn't be able to stop reading this book! :)
Rating: Summary: very disappointed Review: i am so disappointed..this series is turning into a boring soap operah! i loved the first 4 books but now i dont know..i mean what tia is doing is so totally wrong..and conner...well we all know him and his stupid doings..now of course liz will go back into being a crying ,sobbing devastated senior like the past couple of books..and jessica cant she leave jeremy alone ? he's happy with jade...does she have to be so selfish? why cant the sweetvalley high books concentrate on anything except dumping guys {or gals} and focus on some real teenage problems? i hope that the next books are better...
Rating: Summary: I don't get it Review: I don't get all this negative backlash on Tia. OK, so she has feelings for her best friend. It's not a crime. It's not like you can help it if you feel the way you feel. I hate it when people go, "If Francine Pascal is going to not hook Liz and Conner back together, I'm gonna stop reading the books." just because everything isn't going their way. Yet they still call themselves a loyal fan. Strange. *Just a note, this is MY opinion*
Rating: Summary: i know i'm the only one......... Review: i know i'm the only one but i love tia and conner.they could be so good together. i think liz was so wrong in this book i mean come on she did the same thing to maria. but she seem to have forgot that. so she needs to get over herself. plus liz and tia need to fix their friendship because i think conner is going to need them both. read the book and you'll see what i mean. ok thats it i guess later people have fun reading.
Rating: Summary: A Good Buy! Review: I personally feel that this book it's worth a buy this is because the author finally give us some answers which have kept us in suspense almost everytime on the other series.Like the one between Tia and Conner who think that they might have feelings for each another. As for Jeremy i felt that the author has finally gave the poor guy a chance after being dump by Jessica for Will he finally might find someone that he really like and worth liking too.Anyway thumbs up to the author for creating this series.I'll definitely recommend all this to my other Malaysian friends.
Rating: Summary: A Twisted Side Review: I personly liked the book very much,It added a twist so thatit did'nt get borring . Example, Liz finds conner & Tia in bed together , Conner starts drinking , Andy Breaks up with six , Andy's Thinks He Might Be [homosexual] ,Jeremy Hooks Up With Jade , Jessica gets Jealous , And A interesting thing Happens to will and Evan.*And another good point, Melissais not Mentioned alot* Its filled with suspense , and action .Its a awesome MUST read book!
Rating: Summary: IT'S OKAY Review: I THINK THAT IT WAS AN OKAY BOOK BUT I DON'T LIKE HOW IT'S ALL OF A SUDDEN TAKEN A TURN FOR THE WORSE. THE TIA AND CONNER THINK JUST TOTALLY MAKES ME SICK. JESSICA SHOULD GET BACK WITH JEREMY BECAUSE HE'S A REALLY SWEET GUY AND NO ONE WANTS TO READ ABOUT SOMEONE BEING GAY. I THINK THE ONLY PEOPLE IN THIS SERIES WHO ARE WORTH READING ABOUT NOW IS MARIA AND KEN. THE REST OF THEM JUST HAVE GONE TO THE DOGS.
Rating: Summary: Where did Will and Evan go? Review: I think this was a good book, but what happened to Will and Evan. Its like the POV only came from the twins, Tia, and Conner. Melissa and Will are very important characters, but they're getting shoved in the corner. The whole Andy thing is great, but they didn't expand on him being gay. I don't want him to get with a guy, especially a main character. Maybe Travis. I think it will be really interseting when Andy finally does tell his friends whats going on. Can't wait for the next book.
