Review: I first read this book about ten years ago, and fell in love with it. you can relate with what steph, rachel and alison are going thru. the problems they have are so life-like for that age that you can just zap yourself into the book and know exactly what is going on. if youre older and reading it, you can look back and see you and your best friend doing fine until the "new girl" shows up and messes up your perfect friendship. who would you pick? rachel, who is supersmart, talented in music, and growing up faster than you are, or would you pick alison who has the famous parent, is so much more worldly and "cool", and is the owner of the dog with the "special abilities"? this book takes you through the ups and downs of growing up: deciding which friends are better, what makes them better, life in general as an adolecent, and the day to day grind that seems so horrible when youre at that age. i would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good book to cozy up with for a while. because once you pick it up, you wont want to put it down until the last page is done.

Review: I think that every girl should read this book. It is the perfect book for girls ages 9- forever! I read it because my friend read it and she told me what a great book it was and i decided to see if it was great. It was and i am so sure that i will read it again and again until my copy of the book falls apart! "Just as Long as we are Together" helps girls who are expecally ones going through puberty, because the girls in the story are. Step, Rachel, and Alison tell you what your in for with out just saying it plainly! I also recamend " Heres to You Rachel Robinson"!

Review: JUST AS LONG AS WE'RE TOGETHER is a book that is like ARE YOU THERE GOD? IT"S ME MARGARET except there are three friends instead of four. This book is the best. here's my summary: Stephanie Hirsh had been friends with RAchel Robinson ever since. Then a girl named Alison comes to thepicture. Living with a tv star mom, Alison becomes friends with the two. But the problem is that Stephanie is having trouble with rachel and her being friends. Then there's Jeremy "Dragon" who comes into the girls'everyday school life with another girl named Dana who has a relationship with him but having a lot of trouble and braking a lot. Well the story is about Stephanie's world. A divorce between her parents , weight problem and friendship. In order find outmoreread the story. When you are finished reading it readthe sequel from Rachel's point of view " Here's to YOU RACHEL ROBINSON". Still I think this book is better than the sequel ( 100 pages longer too).

Review: This is an excellent book.It is very well written.It is about 3 best friends,but mainly focuses on the life of one,Stephanie. These friends go through a lot together,including parent seperations + the basic "7th grade girl stuff" i dont want to give the book away but you should definatley consider reading this book!I think it is ment for people(girls)9-14.

Review: At first, when my sister brought it home from the library, I thought it was going to be one of those dumb books about kids getting through school, blah, blah, blah, but was I wrong, I couldn't put it down. I'll admit it, the begining was dull but once I got into the story I really got influenced by it! I got a %100 on my AR (a program at my school) list! You must read it. I don't just want you to learn how important friendhip is, I want you to have fun! This is the best book! Please get it!

Review: This book is really good because it actually tells people about how other peoples' life is like. Three best friends getting along and not getting along at a certain time. And one of the girls' parents are getting a divorce, which is really hard on her, and with her brother running away, things just got out of hands. Her parents are always getting into fights and she just got so tired of it, she's putting on more pounds. Which in this case, it's actually really happening in real life. I know this is a really good book, so, I preferr every girl to read it!!!

Review: "Just As Long As We're Together" is a timeless story that shows the transition from childhood to young adulthood and the joy and pain that comes along with it. The first time I read this book, I was an 11 year old seventh grader, and I absolutely loved it. I bought the book shortly after and have read it a hundred times since. I'm 24 years old now, and this story has never lost its charm with me and I'm sure it never will.
