Rating: Summary: A must read!! Review: This is a great book. I love the way they intruduce Alisa into the seires. Eclipse is one of my favorites. It's exiting and keeps you reading till late in the night. It is nice how Morgan is also included, but it is not all about her. This is a great book that fits very nicely into this exellent seires.
Rating: Summary: Eclipse Review: While at the circle meeting of Morgan's coven Kithic, she has a vision of her father. He knows that she has put on the watch sigil, and he still wants her to join him. And seeing her father again is something that Morgan sincerely doesn't want to deal with. Not while Hunter's father still dissaproves of her because of her heritage and her ancestor Rose being the creator of the dark wave that he ran from for eleven years. Morgan is desperate to gain his trust so that Hunter will never have to choose between them. And when Ciaran asks her to join him, and she refuses, he promises her that he will do something to hurt everyone that she loves. Morgan knows that he will send the Dark Wave. And she also knows that her, Mr. Niall, and Hunter need to work together to stop it.Alisa has always thought of herself as normal. Morgan and Hunter's abilities still freak her out. But when she sees a BOS in Morgan's backpack, and takes it, she is plunged into the world of Sarah Curtis. This woman has the same qualities and name as her own mother. It isn't until she finds a secret compartment in the jewelry box that her mother gave her, that she discovers that her mother was a blood witch, and that Alisa is half blood witch. Alisa then realizes that the wierd stuff happening around Morgan, the things falling off shelves by themselves--things that she'd written off as Morgan having NO control whatsoever about her powers--Alisa finds out that she caused it all. Now she notices something wrong with Hunter and Morgan. They're looking sick, and Morgan always looks like she wants to tell Alisa something. And now that Alisa knows of her true heritage, she is willing to help. Even if it means death. Eclipse was an AWESOME book. I thought that the book being partly from Alisa's point of view was going to be [disappointing], but it wasn't. You get to learn more about her, and perhaps even like her more at the end.
Rating: Summary: Fantastic! Review: Wow, this book was incredible! I had become a little leery of the series (although not enough to stop reading them) when the author concentrated so much on the historical events about the dark wave. I understood the point of it, but I felt the story was somewhat sluggish. Well, Tiernan came back with "Eclipse," let me tell you. The suspense was back, and it brought extra along with it. I was on the edge of my seat with this one, particularly with some of the revelations regarding one of the characters in the series. I am upset beyond all belief at the fact that the publisher is not going to continue this series past number fourteen.
