Summary: Back on track!
Review: After a couple of books that, in my opinion, weren't too great, Tiernan is back on track with a book that grips the imagination and engages the emotions. I've really been enjoying the "Sweep" series, and will be sorry to see it end after Book 14. This is one of the better books in the series -- almost on a par with my all-time favorite, Book 4, "Dark Magick." If you've been thinking of giving up on Sweep after clunkers like "Origins" and "Seeker," give "Eclipse" a try!

Summary: Finally, another book with Morgan
Review: After reading books 10 & 11 (both which I did not like)I started to get tired of the series, and had very low standards for this book. But this book, to my surprize, was very good. I was very happy to see that Morgan was narrating again. When I first heard that she was sharing the narration of the story with Alisa, I didn't know what to expect, because I didn't like her from when she was in the previous books. But it turned out that she was OK.

I know this isn't the most helpful review, but I just finished reading the book...

Summary: Finally another good book
Review: After the disapointment of books 10 and 11 I almost gave up on the Sweep Series, but I am very glad to have given the series one more chance. This book returns to Morgan and all the troubles she's going through, but the story is also told through Alisa's perceptive which gives the story more depth. In this book Alosa finds out about her background, which we've already read a little bit about in Sweep 9 (Strife). Morgan also runs into her birth father again, which ends in surprising consiquences. This book was excellent and I can't wait untill the next book comes out.

Summary: Recommended to Parents who can?t get their daughters to read
Review: I purchased the Sweep series for my 13 year old daughter in the hopes that maybe she would read. "She hated to read." Well I was amazed, and could not get her to go to sleep, as she would spend the whole night, with a night-light on reading these books. She enjoyed them so much, and could not stop talking first about Cal and then Hunter, that I had to see what all the fuss was about.
Well after two weeks, a book a day, for a girl who hated to read, it sparked my curiosity, so I started reading, and was surprised to find out how enjoyable a Teen book about Teen Witches could be. I am not really into Wicca, but these books are really enjoyable. I am on my fifth book, and my daughter read each twice, and is know on the Circle of Three Series. I have to highly recommend these books to those parents who can not get their daughters to read. These are excellent stories, full of fantasy, horror, and fun.

Summary: Excellent series, but sad to see it end at No. 14...:(
Review: I read the very first book in this series about 2 weeks ago. I loved it so much, that I bought the rest of the series the next day...(I read fast, and these books are rather short in pages). I just finished reading the last book published and I truly love this series. Before this series, I always turned away from books with this subject. I had a friend IRL who was big time into Wicca and he totally turned me off from it. Only I found out 3 years later that he didnt know what he was doing and lied 99% of the time, so no wonder I hated it. He made it seem really stupid. Anyhow, I came across the first book accidently and read it because I had nothing else to read, and I love books. So I read it and couldn't put it down. I literaly had it finished in 3 hours. And now, I am very interested in learning about Wicca. And I love this series. But I have been hearing that book NO. 14 will be the LAST in this series. I hope its not true, but I don't know where people are getting this information either so I can confirm it. All I can do is hope that the author reads these reviews and sees how many of us SWEEP fans LOVE her series and don't want her to quit. But if it has to happen..so be it. Just as long as the last books ends things nice, and we know what happens to the characters etc. What I'd like to see happen is Morgon and Hunter staying together forever. And also, somehow bring Cal back even if it's just in a vision, and He and Morgon get some closer also. But I am really gonna pray for the series to continue.

Summary: kinda interesting plot
Review: i think that this was a good book. though i think that Cate Tiernan could of done better with the plot. Eclipise is told by morgan and alisa's point of view. Ciran comes to Morgan as a vison during Kiltic's first circle with hunter back from canada. he tells her that he took off the watch sigil and that he will forgive her for putting it on him.Plus, that he coming to Widow's Vale to visit her. he asks her to join him and she's says no...so he sends the dark wave to kill every one morgan cares about. Plus hunter is having doubts about being a seeker.

Summary: Finally....back to Morgan
Review: I was so glad that this book was about Morgan. Books 10 & 11 couldn't hold my interest for long. In this book, Morgan and Alisa share the narration.

For Alisa in this book, she doesn't annoy me as much, but I still don't like her. She also learns about her background, and who her birthmother was. For Morgan, during a circle one night, her father comes and tells her that he isnt mad at her for putting the watch sigil. He says that he wants her to join him. She says no, and he sends a dark wave to kill everyone that Morgan cares about.

Summary: Great book!
Review: In my opinion book 12 was one of the best in the sweep series. It was action an action packed thriller that had not only morgans point of view but also Alisa's point of view. Ciran comes for a visit, telling Morgan he forgives her and wants her to join him...but there's a catch if she doesn't, that even Morgan doesn't know. Towards the end its very emotional, espically for morgan, a last resort takes place to stop whats comming to take everything she loves and cares for.
