Summary: my favorite book ever
Review: i had to read a science fiction book last year in english and i chose this book. ever since then i have never found a book more exciting, interesting, or different than this book. i never wanted to put it down and it really makes you think you are the girl inside of the book!! must read!!!

Review: I have read the book Winter of Fire many, many times and have never ever got tired of reading, ever! The majority of the people that have rated this book (which is like everyone) put it as a 5 star book which makes me think that it should still be being printed! It is my favorite book in the whole wide world and not having it in the local stores is slowing killing me! Please start printing it again!I'm begging you, please! From a loving reader.

Review: I like the book because, it represents the world today in some parts. What I mean is whites and blacks were separated in some of the same ways the chosen and quilled were. The blacks had to work for the whites as the quilled did for the chosen. So, in some ways this book is real. But, I also like the book because, there was a lot of discription on almost every place they went and of what they did. The book is told by a quilled harsha. The book tells her thoughts and what she had to do. It also told her dreams of what she believed would happen. I love this book and I would recommend it for anyone who loves to read fun and exceiting books.

It is exciting, but at the same time a story of personal conflict of a girl,Elsha who is chosen to be the handmaiden to the all powerful firelord who uses his extraordinary powers to divine for coal for the people to use. The Quelled people mine the coal and are shunned by the Chosen people, who think they are superior. Elsha has strange dreams finds that she has the firelord's power as well. In a triumphant ending,she uncovers ancient secrets which reveal her peoples mysterious past.

Summary: My Favorite Book
Review: I must say, after reading this book for the first time, I absolutely fell in love! I have read this book at least 10 times over, and it never becomes dull. Elsha intrigues me so, her personality, her spirit, it just all draws me deeper into my complete appreciation of this book. Sherryl Jordan, this is truly wonderful!

Review: I read this book as a 8th grader in middle school. I only read it because it was the thickest book in the library, which ment it worth a lot of points. From the moment I opened this book I was in the story, and I could feel everything that was going on, I was really there. I can still see myself there and feel the story, I remember the entire storie and it was 6 years ago that I first picked it up. I would have to encourge that this storie be read by all children and adults, as it takes you to this place of adventure and sadness. I believe that all parents should read this storie to their children. It will bring you and your child closer together.
