Summary: A major disappointment, gives Animorphs a bad name
Review: I was very disappointed in the language used in "Search for Senna. In fact, I only got to chapter 8 and then quit. I'm a major animorphs fan. Read every one from 1-32 and all others and I say, anyone who reads everworld before animorphs won't read animorphs if they don't like language. If you don't like swaring, this IS NOT YOUR BOOK. Sheesh. I don't plan on reading any more everworld.

Summary: Come on K.A. you have got to do better than this!
Review: I used to like the Animorphs books, and I guess I wouldn't mindthem if you wern't running out of ideas, but these are simply awful! Iread the back and the summary sounds wonderful. However, I think that you almost couldn't have done worse! To tell you the truth, I just can't stand to look at them!

Reason #1: The cursing and the un-needed subjects-that-might-be-un-aporpriate. Reason #2: This might have to do with the reason above, I found this in the childrens section, right next to the animorphs books. Now do you REALLY think that was a good call? Reason #3: The characters, all of them were cussing, high-school kids who sometimes sounded like they were on a drug high. NO PERSONALITYS. Jalil was the only one who mgiht have a personality, he hated Racists, and he used logic. I can't tell the differance from Christipher and April and David! Reason #4: They go from one war to the other. If I was them (if anybody was them) then they would not say "Oh, why don't we all act like 5-year olds and go into another war when we just barly escaped with our lives on this one". Logic, K.A., Logic. Reason #5: The Vikings were all the same. Big, men who all decided to do war. One was missing and eye or whatever and the other one was the leader. Again, NO PERSONALITYS! Reason #6: NO, explination for anything whatever. We had no idea what to think about anything. Except, Loki was bad. The Vikings were good. The Aztecs were bad. Pitiful. If this was meant for older kids then, they should have at least a _little_ bit of depth. Bad versus evil. Now Seanna had somthing going. We don't know if what she is or if she's good or bad. At the moment I'd say good, because its just has to be balanced with you. Helacrons and Yeerks are Bad. Andalites, and the Chee are good. 2 good 2 bad. That's just the way it is with you. Reason #7: The toatal blandness of it all. Theres practicly no meat. wow when their falling down from Lokis palace all of a sudden they find a boat. How conveinant! None of them are dead! How conveinant! None of them are seriously wonded! How conveinant (now the Young Jedi Knights series, Tenel Ka's arm is cut off only in the 4th book!).

so in my opinon you better get to work on them if you don't want to lose your job.

I'm sorry K.A. but I know you can do better than this. I like your Animorphs series except of late because I'm getting older and your running our of ideas. But you have to do better than this. I have an idea, read the Harry Potter series, the Wizardy series, the Young Jedi Knights series, Chronomaster, watch Star Trek and Star Wars. Maybe you'll be inspired.

Summary: Disapointed.
Review: I am quite disapointed in this book. I have read all of the Animorphs series, which I loved, so when I saw this book I figured it would be okay. Boy, was I wrong! For any of you readers out there that don't like swearing, this is NOT your book. And it has quite a bit of content not meant for anyone under 15-16. I know that it is in the Young Adult section, but when they advertise it in the backs of Animorph books, and Animorph website, children will automatically want to read it. It's by their favorite auther! This would be a good series if K.A. would just tone down the swearing and improper subjects.

Summary: More original than people portray
Review: I am a 13 year old who is an avid reader. The morning before I read Everworld, I finished off The Return of the King, the last book in the Lord of the Rings trilogy, which would become the model for all other fantasy books to copy. When I compare this series to Everworld, I notice several big differences. First of all, the characters are very different, which gives the book a whole new tone. Second, the differences between Everworld and the present one are very different, where things that would be physically impossible now are. And to have the book centered around a war between the Gods of various ancient religions is even more original, and muck more interesting than the "good armies and wizards fight agaisnt the might of the evil (insert name begginning with an S here) Although I wish KA and included less traditional creatures (trolls are a pretty over used enemy)the book is original in theme, language, and plot.

Summary: I LOVED THIS BOOK
Review: The reason I loved this book is because K.A. made it seem so real. I'm about to finish the first and I'm planning on buying the rest. I advise anyone who likes adventure to check one out.

Summary: A great read even for adults
Review: I found this book in a bookstore, and it caught my eye because of its gorgeous cover. Even though I'm in my mid-twenties, I like to read the occasional YA book, especially L. J. Smith's series.

I've read the first two books of the Everworld series, and I'm anxiously awaiting more. The combination of mythical elements is intriguing, and the situation itself it very exciting. The characters are three-dimensional people I can imagine meeting.

I *was* a little surprised by the amount of swearing and sexual inneundo in this book, but I don't think that's a bad thing. I seriously doubt that many kids today over 12 or 13 would be shocked; a middle school cafeteria is undoubtedly much worse.

So, buy it for yourself and then pass it along to a kid. ;)

Summary: A page turner, I couldn't wait to read what happened next.
Review: If you like action, adventures, suspence, horror, and the rush of excitement when you read, this is a book for you. There are only a few books out there that I Can't stop reading. And this is definetly one of them.I have never read a book as good as this. And I can't wait 'till I get my hands on the next.

Summary: Not for kids
Review: Yeah, it has characters and plot, but it also has a h*** of a lot of swearing. At risk of being thought wimpy, I don't swear every other sentence and it turns me off when people in the books I read do.

--Definitely, definitely NOT (repeat, NOT) for pre-high school kids.--

Summary: Different.
Review: This series is much more complex and mature than the Animorphs in ways that it goes deeper to a more mature audience. There's profanity, references to sexuality, and more mythological expanse. I was thrilled by this book and I'm about to start on #2. This is a book for any people who desire adventure with a twist.

Summary: K.A. has to end it better.
Review: I am a die hard sci-fi/ fantasy adict. Its all i read(mostly Star wars) and i have read a lot of both. everything in this book is terrific but me and my sister agree it has no ending. im not quite a teenager yet but the somewhat more adult situations (in comparison to animorphs) dont bother me at all.ive only read the first 2 but with the ending you can hardly wait a day for the next one. I pearsonaly suggest that K.A. end her everworld books better or write them faster.
